The room was very spacious and comfortable. It has armchairs and a coffee table. It also has a kettle and a mini fridge which is great. The bathroom is large and has everything you need. The location is excellent, close to the train and bus stations and the main promenade.

We had an early flight on our last day and we arranged to have breakfast left on the dining room table. The staff forgot and we didn't have breakfast. While some people like clean towels every day, I don't think they need to be changed every day unless they're left on the floor, but it would be a good idea to vacuum the floors occasionally.

Nicely decorated hotel, clean, excellent breakfast, varied and plentiful. The greatest value is given by the staff who are too friendly (the girl who serves breakfast, the guy at the reception). The guy at the reception allowed us to check in a little earlier for free because the room was ready, and when we were leaving after check out because we had an evening train, he stored our luggage for free until the evening so we could enjoy the whole day in Alicante carefree. The hotel is close to the train station that passengers use to travel, e.g. to Valencia, and within walking distance to all tourist attractions

Very nice small hotel. The location is very convenient, it’s not far to a bus stop of line C6 from/to the airport (15 minutes in the bus) and close to the train and bus station. It’s a nice walk to the centre. The room is very clean and well furnished. There’s a private bathroom and for us the hot water worked well. The check in was self service, we got the codes via WhatsApp. This is convenient for late arrivals. There’s a reliable WiFi. The breakfast is quite good. Get up early to avoid ‘the crowds ‘ later ( at least for weekends).

A small budget hotel with everything you need. The location is very good, public transport stops are a few minutes away. The old town and shopping streets are within a 5-minute walk. The room was clean. The shower was good. Toast, yogurt, cheese, ham, salami, potato pie, eggs, fruits, juice were offered for breakfast. Coffee and tea could be made all the time. On Christmas Eve, a surprise from the hotel awaited in the room - a bottle of cava and sweets. Thank you!

The room was nice. Good to have a mini-bar. A good shower and comfortable bed. The breakfast was okay, although it might have been good to have another hot food option at breakfast, rather than just two types of tortilla.

Not having a lift is tricky with large suitcases, but the hotel did warn us about this beforehand. The fact that the reception is not staffed in the evenings makes it tricky to report issues; for example, our television was not working and we could not report this. But it was a minor issue in the grand scheme of things. I would stay here again, especially if I got a good price.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. We couldn't spend the night in the hotel because of a flight cancellation, even though the management allowed us to use the installation to get refreshed in the morning and even have breakfast afterwards. The bedroom was quite big for 4 people and the amenities were good. The hotel is in a good location, the bedroom is confortable and clean. The air-con works and the shower is good. The breakfast has everything from fruits to Spanish omelette. Good coffee and cold water. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very responsive and attentive staff to their guests. This is a 10/10. Thanks to Elizabeth at reception I had a different view of this hotel. Helped to call a cab more than once. Checked in a little earlier (as the room was already ready). Could leave things on the day of departure almost all day. Very detailed about the neighborhood and where it is more convenient to get to and what to buy (without spending a lot of time studying the map itself.). It is 10 minutes from the center of the city. 20 minutes from the airport (cab cost guide 20-25 euros) Breakfasts were not much, but very tasty and hearty. In two minutes the nearest pharmacy. In the room was very warm and cozy (despite the fact that on the street and night and day was 10-15 degrees). Comfortable bed, sofa for guests and a table for work. The mini bar had everything for 1 euro each.)) March 9, 2024

The only downside was that there were no slippers and the towels were already frayed. They were clean but not fresh enough.

As a 2star hotel the facility is complete and basic. It’s very clean as others commented. I was there when Spain had the blackout for many hours. The staff provided me with alternative lights . It’s easy to get there by bus C6 from the airport and bus #2 takes you to city center. I was happy with my stay there and I felt at home.

Hot breakfast such as boiled eggs and variety of food would make it better.

This is a small hotel with just a couple of rooms. Very clean and in good, quiet location, 5-10 minutes walk to/from the C6 airport bus. Each room has a kettle, fruit tea and sugar provided. Breakfast turned out to be better than expected, coffee machine available in the common area.

The sigle room is tiny, without a desk. Same for the bathroom, especially the metal rack in the shower should be mounted in another place. Staff should improve communication in English.

A big separate thanks for Viktoriia for her help 👍 The room had air conditioning, there was access to a coffee machine all the time. The room had a hair dryer, iron, mini bar. Across the road - a bus stop to the beach and the city center (on foot to go 20-30 minutes). A big cheap supermarket close to hotel.

The biggest minus is the monotonous breakfasts, we were at the hotel for a week and every day the food was the same and very simple (3 types of sausages, 2 types of cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce peppers, couasans from the supermarket, some kind of casserole with potatoes, muesli , drinks, etc...). If you are in this hotel for a few days then it is ok. But my opinion and experience is that it is better to take an apartment with a kitchen without breakfast. Bad soundproofing. No balcony in room.
