Hotel is in the perfect location in the city. The only day which was a bit more noisy was a Saturday which was expected considering the location of the hotel. The Carmen room was nice with 2 small balconies. Decent size room, clean and very comfortable bed. Clara (I am pretty sure the spelling is incorrect do apologies) was very helpful. She promised to call when my room was ready - as I have arrived earlier than check in time, she did call me when the room was ready which was very helpful. Also offering very good tips for Alicante and the surrounding areas. Lorinzo (again apologies for spelling your name incorrectly) at breakfast service was very nice and offering good travelling advices. I felt very safe as a female solo traveller both in the hotel and the surrounding environment, would definitely return to this hotel if I have the opportunity to travel to Alicante again.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Only hot food options were scrambled eggs and either bacon or small sausages which were luke warm at best. The same pastries and small amount of cold cut meat and cheese were served everyday therefore no varieties of different types of food.

The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. One of us became very sick, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. They called a doctor for us, explained our situation, and acted as an interpreter between us and the doctor. They also called the room to check on the person who was ill and continued to ask about their well-being for the rest of our stay. We booked a room with a balcony, and we were extremely satisfied. The room was spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. I can't remember the last time I slept so well in a hotel bed. The view from the room is stunning! We fell in love with it. Guests can help themselves to mini croissants and hot drinks from the coffee machine in the dining area. The hot chocolate became my favorite. Free of charge. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, and it is within walking distance of tourist attractions. There are also many restaurants and cafés nearby."

The staff was wonderful. Sitting and having coffee after a walk overlooking the port in the breakfast room. Location by the water and activities. Loved my room and big door/window. Staff wonderful! Level of cleanliness high. Took me in early! So kind!

My heater kept shutting by itself and couldnt manage from my room to turn back on and had to call reception a few times. They were always responsive and helpful and wonderful! The snack bar free coffee was lovely and much appreciated between 11 and 10:30pm.

It’s so good that we already stayed a total of 6 times over the last 3 months. As a crew of 3 very frequent business travelers, we really like this hotel. The staff is very friendly but most importantly understands our needs. They are always willing to be flexible when it comes with last minute bookings or late checkouts, since we have to change uniforms sometimes this is very welcome. One time, one of our members left behind a hair straightener. Before she even noticed, a day later we received an email with the notification from the hotel. 2 weeks later we returned to the hotel and collected the device. Here they scored big points! It’s their way of putting effort that brings them to the next level. The location is amazing, there is a 3rd party parking garage close by (30m). Business, holiday, everything is suitable here.

The property of the hotel was very nice and always clean and smelled amazing when you walked in! The staff were amazing and really friendly and helped us fix one of the lamps that had stopped working in the middle of the night. The room was clean and fresh. The location of the hotel is amazing right at the end of the promenade of Alicante which made it super easy to get around on foot for restaurants and bars and the beach and transport.

Not so much about the property but I think the hotels in Alicante in general don’t have balconies to sit out in to enjoy the views or the last of the sunset or sunrise, which would have been a massive plus point for the location of this hotel! I also thought the price for just 4 nights was a bit expensive as we only got the room and there was no views just the back of the hotel. With the price alone this is the only thing about the property I could give feedback on.

We were on the 2nd floor with partial sea view! 2 little balconies, very comfortable bed. Very central location. Public parking was behind the building, €16 per day (quite busy and some floors had very low roof). The hotel was fancy! Nice decor and friendly staff. They charge deposit (10 or 15%) but pay back when you check out. Big bathroom (and great water pressure in the shower!), but the room was for guests with disabilities and there was no glass (so whenever we took a shower, the whole bathroom floor was wet). We didn't ask for that room.

Fabulous staff throughout the hotel. Excellent room with an incredibly comfortable bed. Lovely toiletries included too Plenty of variety at breakfast with a good choice of cooked egg options. Plenty of excellent coffee too Mezzanine area was very comfortable for whiling away a few lazy hours The location was fantastic. Very close to the marina cafes, right on the esplanade and close to so many excellent restaurants

Lack of restaurant for the evening was a disappointment but we were notified in advance and the hotel is so well situated there were plenty of excellent options close-by

Amazing location, small and cozy hotel with a very stylish design. The staff are great- polite and always ready to help. Tea, coffee, and snacks are available throughout the day, which is a nice touch.

It can be a bit noisy from the street (personally). The breakfast is just okay, but I definitely expected more from a Hilton hotel.

What to say about this hotel - despite the problems whith the booking date (totaly my fault which they handeled profesionaly and gave us a better unit -that was a bonus ) Hotel is dog friendly which on its one means they are perfect. The staf is more then friendly and profesional. All together -a perfect stay in a beautiful hotel located in a beautiful city.

This hotel is a little gem. Beautifully renovated in an Art Deco style. Great decor. Everything comfortable. Lovely staff.

Unfortunately there are a lot of building works going on in front of the hotel with work starting early in the morning. It wouldn’t stop us returning because hopefully by next year it will be finished. We also had an issue one night when we were asleep, all the lights in the room turned on which was a bit unnerving. We couldn’t switch them off but obviously someone sorted it because after 20mins they went off again.
