Elegant minimalistic furniture, comfortable bed wirh qalļity linen and very nice towels.Generous terrace and first class location.It would be first class and 10 of 10 if coffee machine and tea bags would be in the kitchen.

The location is fabulous, right on a square in the city / marina. Taxi, bus on the doorstop and tram links less than 10 min walk in two directions, If you like fresh food, visit the fish & meat market, we even made a paella in the apartment In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer, free to use. Bring some washing pods if you intend to use it, saves you hunting for them.

The tv would benefit from a music channel an an English speaking entertainment or movie channel. There are only 3 English, BBC news, Sky news & an American news station.

The appartment is VERY clean and modern, very large comfortable bed, bathroom and shower exellent. Close to bars , restaurants, port, beach, indoor market and main shopping areas. Also close to all transport services. The apartment unmanned reception is very nice , safe and secure with cctv. Main Hotel for 24hr services is very close too if you require assistance. No keys to carry for doors as all doors are coded. Free use of communal washing macine and tumble drier at the apartment basement area. Staff from the main Euro Star Hotel were very nice and kept in touch with us too.

The night club below was VERY noisy when party goers were leaving from about 3am to 4.30 am although no noise could be heard from the club itself. The balcony was only a juliet balcony which you cannot sit out on and the railing was quite low. Although the apartment is very modern, there were no sockets above the kitchen work tops so we had to use the toaster, kettle and coffee machine next to the bed and keep swapping around. This seems bizarre. Although these were negatives this would not put us off using this facility again.

Beautiful apartment and amazing location! Has all the amenities you need. We walked everywhere and could have walked to Trrain bt the taxi stand is very convenient so took it instead.

You have to physically check in at a location off site. Not convenient. The room is amazing, but the bed is very hard. a mattress topper would be a very nice addition.

The apartment is very well located. A small kitchen, good bathroom/shower. Well cleaned. Good airconditioning. A lot of good bars/restaurants around the apartment. It's very close to the beach.

The communication beforehand was a bit iffy. The booking was on my name, but I was staying there with another person that arrived earlier. As the booking did not ask for the other person's name, this person needed to show my ID upon arrival, while I was on a flight at that moment. I had sent both copies of our ID's in the morning already, but it seems that communication was off a little at this point. It did not lead to any problems however, so it seemed that the staff in the end showed flexibility to think along.

The location was fantastic ..Very Clean, well maintained feel..The Bed was the Most comfortable I've ever slept in !.. Air conditioning, once I knew how to regulate it ,not so full on at night was excellent. Loved the little micro balcony to chill on see the busy life going on outside.. Lovely cafe/bars immediately outside propery and beautiful unusual trees creating immediate shade when leaving the apartment

In contrast to mostly Very impressed with apartment, the kitchen was a let down .As this was the Very reason we chose to stay in an apartment rather than a straight hotel room was to be able to enjoy self catering facilities. The kitchen was Very basic. No instructions left to how to use induction hob and wanted to cook something when got there took while to get help back on matter..The fact there was No plug socket on kitchen wall to plug in either kettle or toaster provided so had. To move table to use as surface to nearest socket otherwise would have had to use floor !!..Altogether this disappointment in the kitchen was in big contrast to loving everything else about the apartment!

We stayed in the larger 4th floor apartment on our first visit here. It was a very good apartment, spacious and comfortable, with a seperate bedroom with a good mattress. The bathroom was modern with a good shower. The large terrace was perfect for breakfast and evening drinks. The room was unexpectedly quiet. Great value for money.

There are no plugs in the kitchen, which means plugging kettle/toaster into a socket on the floor. There were a few mosquitos.

The room was pretty big. It was very well equipped, such as ironer, plates/glasses, every other stuff for cooking. Also, the bathroom is very big too. Everything was modern. It is located very well, beach is 10 mins walk. There are many shops/bars/restaurants near the hotel. Also, the best 'bakery' is located next to the hotel's entrance. Another plus thing is, we get our room before check-in time because it was ready. We got the code at the reception which is in another building (near hotel), everyone was very nice there. :) Definitely recommend!

The area is a little bit noisy at night but bearable.

Location!

The apartment is in a prime location, making it a fantastic place to stay in the heart of Alicante. Please note that a deposit is required before arrival. I stayed twice in the same week (extended my stay) and was charged for two separate cleanings. However, the host was not very accommodating—you need to request the password and persistently follow up to gain access to the apartment. The management seemed quite disorganized.

Comfy beds, really clean and modern, everything you need, easy to access, great location, lovely places to have breakfast nearby. Good system for accessing the building. Friendly and helpful staff at the hotel.

Sadly, it was sometimes pretty noisy in the street below during the night with people hanging around even though we were on the 4th floor. Some sound proofing of the windows would be good.
