The partments are well located in the barrio. I stayed in 3C which was large and well appointed. Sound proofing, especially in the bedroom, was excellent. In terms of the location, however, if you are in one of the aprtments at the 'back' of the building overlooking C. Santos Medicos it's worth noting there are a couple of bars open late which are very loud. On the third floor it was not a problem when the windows were closed but on the lower levels it may become a bit overwhelming. The bars were only open Thu - Sat when I stayed. My advice would be to find out in advance which apartment is allocated if possible.

Some cutlery would have helped. While there is a well supplied kitchen area actually preparing and eating food would require bringing or buying some.

The property was honest to the photos used in advertisement. The suites are located in the Old Town of Alicante, situating it directly into the hustle and bustle of the main strip, and endless tapas and dessert parlours to choose from. It’s a brief walk from main shops, tourist attractions and importantly the beach 🏖️ The property is well kept, managed professionally and stocked with everything you would need for a short or long stay. The suites have a modern design with an open plan living space and kitchen. Abdel, the manager and owner was responsive to all our needs and questions. Ensuring that we felt welcome and our time in Alicante was his no.1 priority. The staff were super helpful, always willing to restock the apartments with fresh towels and polite not to disturb your stay. Overall, I would stay here again and I could not recommend it enough for those wishing to visit Alicante.

Lovely penthouse apartment. Two great balconies on 2 sides so sun all day. Abdel v helpful. We stayed Sunday to Thursday in May and did NOT find noise to be a problem. Great central location.

Some constructive feedback: .. would have liked balcony floors to be mopped at least area by table & chairs...v dirty feet every time we stepped out....something to add into the cleaning routine maybe? Also provide a drying cloth for kitchen dishes. Pillows...there are 2 types which is good...but also good to replace the lumpy ones periodically?....can really affect sleep. Both these last 2 things mentioned by other guests on several occasions &.easy fixes one would think. On the whole though we had a lovely stay. Thank you

This place is in a pedestrian only area, so absolutely no traffic to disturb you, while being in the heart of the city. All places worth visiting in Alicante are within walking distance, and the airport is only cca a 15 minute drive (or bus ride if you'd like to save some money). Our apartment (2B) was spacious with the right amount of furniture and decor, perfect for a couple. There was a washing machine as well, which is an absolutely gamechanger when traveling. The staff was super friendly and made sure all our wishes are granted immediately.

In the building, there are several restaurants, that are open during the night and the noise can be disturbing in the living room - I wonder if it's possible to sleep there on the couch without earplugs. While the bed was large enough, the mattress was too soft, which made sleep less then ideal. And the bathroom definitely needs a thorough cleaning!

Apartment very clean. Right in centre of town plenty of restaurants and shops around. Handy supermarket top of road. Tram station 5 min walk. Self check in as flight was a late one. Everything I needed emailed to me on the day. All facilities were excellent, rain forest shower head. Pleany of plug sockets around.. oven was a microwave and an oven only realised on last day.. approx 15 min walk to beech . If you love food you have 2 restaurants on the door step. Would recommend this apartment, plenty of room, to in bedroom and sitting room. Shutters over windows which block out 90% of noise on the street. Staff very helpful prior to visit and while in the apartment, think I drove him insane with questions prior to arrival. Nothing I asked no matter how many times I texted him it was never an issue.

Personally I didn’t like looking at apartments right across from me. But that’s to be expected when staying in a location as good as this. Internet to tell excellent Wi-Fi not so good for using Facebook time kept getting poor connection, I also brought my own fire stick as I don’t understand Spanish. Personally I didn’t like the small alleyways wouldn’t feel safe walking them on my own. Could have done with a few other utilities for cooking as I didn’t want to go out for dinner every night. Eg lifting spook, spaghetti lifter, masher.

Perfect location surrounded , as it is, by bars, restaurants , shops and pretty squares to sit in. Very clean. Nice Concierge always pleasant but he has no idea about setting up TV/Netflix. I really appreciated the small lift up all floors.

I was badly misled by my receipt from the Apartments which seemed to confirm that I had booked an apartment with some outdoor space with sun beds!! I was very excited but crushingly disappointed when we had only 2 patio doors with about 9” of space available. This might not matter to other people but as someone with limited mobility who spent A LOT of time in apt , it was a bitter disappointment to me. I was misled by the receipt.

Apartments were recommended by our daughter who had previously stayed there. Location is ideal for both beach, restaurants and nightlife. The apartment itself was nice and clean with room service every 2nd day. Concierge staff were very friendly and helpful, with an extra thank you to Abel who came to our assistance, out of hours, to resolve an unfortunate situation we had.

Not so much what we didn’t like, but it would have been nice to also have some British tv channels, even news channel, to watch, but we were in Spain after all

The property was modern, clean and tastefully furnished. The stay was incredible and the facilities of a very high standard. Bedding was comfortable and everything you need for a good stay is available. Abdel who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. We left our luggage as we were early and he even took it up to the apartment while we were out. Can’t wait to stay here again and will definitely be recommending this to friends and family.

Nothing that I can fault on this property. Highly recommend staying here.

Everything! This is our third time in Arenal Suites in Alicante and it feels like home. The staff is nice and friendly. Especially Abdul was going above and beyond to accommodate us. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped. It is cleaned every two days and towels are changed. There is an elevator which is a rare thing in Alicante old town. And location is perfect: in the middle of the old town, surrounded with the best restaurants and near the beach.

We liked everything.

Everything - location in the middle of the old town, close to lots of excellent restaurants, bars, market, castle, beach and marina. Facilities are very smart, spotless (cleaned after 2 days) and very well equipped, but Abdel, the manager, is the star of the show - so helpful, efficient and friendly - stored our luggage due to early arrival but had apartment ready for us much earlier than stated; gave lots of great advice and arranged a taxi transfer to the airport for us.

Nothing that we didn't like and nothing obvious we would change.
