Great location in Alicante old town; very close to shops, places to eat, attractions & the Mercado and Porta del Mar tram stops. It is quite clean and the kitchen is fully equipped to handle up to 4 people.

A few of the kitchen articles were not so well cleaned when I arrived. The area is around a few pubs and night clubs, so it can get very busy at the weekend. Noise on Friday & Saturday night goes on until around 5-6am.

The apartment was basic but it was clean and it has everything you need for a short break. Decent kitchen and good air con! Great location, easy check in and the staff at the hotel reception were helpful.

Due to its location near bars and clubs it was a little loud over the weekend through the night, however we expected this as it was mentioned in the description and other reviews. Might benefit from shutters or blackout blinds as it becomes very light in the early morning. We couldn’t get the balcony doors to lock.

Lovely, large, clean apartment in Old Town Alicante. Two small balconies, next to a lovely little square and 5 - 10 minute walk from Esplanade, beach & centre.

Noisy, the little square and surrounding streets/alleys with numerous bars and restaurants could get very noisy/loud and could be heard from the apartment. Also lots of people walking past being very loud, shouting, singing etc. Some nights, this was into the very early hours 3am/4am. This was the only downside, but unfortunately, the noise would prevent me from booking this place again.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. It had everything you needed and a big terrace with a nice view. The location was in the center as well, near all restaurants and bars. We were surprised that such an apartment was this cheap. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and the check in/out process went very smoothly! Definitely recommended!

the location was very convenient.

our first room smelled as if someone smoked inside. it would have been good if the room could be checked before handing over the keys. my wife was pregnant and we had a difficult time while we were there. thanks to the staff we received an upgrade the next day to a different apartment after spending a night in another apartment but there was always a hassle moving the luggage. it would have been better if the upgrade /change of apartment was offered in the first place. when asked we always received the answer that they were fully booked. the new apartment was very nice however it was infested with ants and other bugs.

Location was great, facilities were also great! Coffee machine came with two coffee pods which was very nice. We checked in at 12:30am and reception was open. We also were offered to leave our luggage with the place after check out - very helpful. People at reception were very helpful throughout the whole stay. Be advised - it does get a bit loud as it is in the center of the city next to a few bars :)

The only thing i’d recommend would be to place a bath math in front of the bathroom as the water tends to leak and is slippery

It was very clean and bright! Immaculate and comfortable beds. The terrace has views of the castle and is facing the square, perfect for relaxing and for drying your clothes in the sun after swimming at the beach. Kitchen was complete and spacious, we were able to enjoy homemade meals. And we love that they use ecological cleaning products. We will definitely be back.

Location…. it was near to everything! Great restaurants & bars! Beach & port only few minutes walk away. Taxi from airport to property approx €23 and was there in less than 15 mins. Apartment was clean and bed was very comfy, didn’t use kitchen as we ate out! Fans kept place lovely & cool. Little noise from square at night but was fine, we wanted to be in the centre for the atmosphere and were so exhausted from the day we didn’t have a problem sleeping. Definitely will be back!

Location was good - right in the middle of the old town district and full of lovely restaurants both new and older. Also very close to the Santa Barbara Castle. Was a lovely spot. Room was perfect - had everything that we needed and wanted. Clearly furnished with IKEA - which was great. Very clean and cleaners came during the week also and freshened everything up.

On the Saturday night it was quite noisy. Most of the outdoor bars and restaurants closed the outdoor areas at midnight which was perfect but people travelling through to get back to their apartments were very noisy on the Saturday night in particular.

There was nothing to dislike, except the noise emanating from across the street on weekends.

2nd and 3rd December (Friday and Saturday night) it was very noisy because of the nightclub right across the street. At some point, after midnight, a handful of policemen/policewomen where lingering in front of the club. I reckon this happens every weekend. Some residents have large notices hanging off their balconies saying: “Queremos dormer” or “Queremos trabajar” 😁
