Great central location, hidden behind a main street so the noise isn't as bad on as the main street. Restaurants nearby. Can be reached to/from airport by C6 bus (runs every 20 minutes, has contactless payments), the bus station is a 5 minute walk away (just because of 3 traffic lights 🙈). Good filling breakfast. Great room with lots of lighting choices. Awesome shower pressure. Two elevators. Two keycards, which is very rare in my experience. Super friendly/helpful staff. Same bed but separate mattresses, great for getting actual rest. Large smart TV. Keycard operated safe. Minibar with simple pricing (2€/item).

Not the property's fault since they have great windows that reduce noise a lot and they are hidden from the main street, but if you're sensitive to noise expect the occasional big-city traffic sounds (e.g. loud motorcycles).

Excellent location in the city center, within walking distance of all the main sights. Just 2 minutes from the beach. Beach towels are provided. Friendly staff and free popcorn available in the entrance for the guests every day. Quiet area.

There was no coffee machine in the room, and while water was available for purchase in the fridge, no complimentary free water was provided. Pool slippers were also not supplied. For a 4-star hotel, these are important missing amenities. I have read reviews mentioning the same issues; however, it’s disappointing to see that the hotel does not take these comments into consideration. The breakfast was the same every day, and only coffee from a Nespresso machine was available. More coffee options should be offered

The hotel is located in an area with plenty of bars and restaurants. It has high standards with regard to cleanliness, quality of accommodation, and customer service.

The thing I disliked the most was.....leaving.

It was in an excellent location the rooms and style were unusual but fun. The rooftop Terrace was only open Wednesdays to Saturdays which was a bit disappointing but it was nice to enjoy a drink in the Sun before going out for a meal. The price of the drinks was very reasonable and the staff of the terrace were very helpful. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Unfortunately, there wasn’t a kettle in the room, which meant we couldn’t have a cup of tea or coffee in the morning. There was a leak from the shower which made the bathroom floor wet otherwise it was lovely.

A minor enough grumble.. On our last day we had a very early flight and the hotel staff kindly made up a picnic for us to go. While very grateful for this, I would have liked to have had a say in the picnic contents, as I didn’t like most of it so it felt wasteful. You have to request the picnic from the staff at breakfast the day before, so it would be easy to give guests a plate and ask them if they want to select their preferences that staff can then bag up for them and refrigerate until needed. For example, I had a ham roll and ham sandwich, but I would’ve chosen cheese.

The location is superb. So close to the beach but also walking distance to bars,shops and restauants. Very friendly vibe all around the hotel. Rooftop pool/bar is a bonus - we stayed in Jan so bar closed and could be a little cramped in high season. Spacious room and bathroom. 3 Supermarkets within 2 mins walk.

not much really. air con was difficult to use so had to open the window when it was warm on waking. sure in summer it will be set to cold. breakfast would benefit from a hot water tap rather than the metal jugs that had to keep being filled. the little tea pots whilst quaint were impractical and should be replaced.

The location was superb, literally 20 second walk to the Marina and the main drag and surrounded by various restaurants, cafes and bars. The hotel itself was superb. Every room has a different theme from the 60's / 70's. The room was spotless with a lovely big comfy bed, loads of pillows, cleaned everyday we were there ( 4 days ). We chose to have breakfast on the final morning only and it was great value for money with plenty of choice of cereals, fruit, hot food, cold meats, cheeses, bread / rolls, cakes, juice, tea and coffee. Finally all staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also advised hotel we would be arriving between 4-5pm but arrived just after 2 and got immediate access to our room with absolutely no fuss.

Minor improvement opportunity would be tea / coffee making facilities in room.

Amazing location and customer service.The staff is friendly, very helpful and very professional.The pool is very clean, the view is fantastic and there is a bar.The breakfast is very varied to meet all types of customers' needs, from vegetarian to meat eaters with delicious pastries. The location is fantastic.You are very close to the beach and at the back of it you have a Carrefour express which is big enough to accommodate small shoppings.

As we booked a standard twin room we did not have access to a kettle in our room.It would be nice to have one.The kettle is provided with an upgraded version of the standard room. Although we were located at the back, we could hear everything with windows closed. The lights in the room are very strong,, so if you are sensitive to strong lights it could be a problem. All written above are not going to spoil your holidays in this fantastic hotel.

Hospitable, polite and welcoming staff, stylish interior design, delicious breakfasts, clean and well-kept hotel with all facilities, everyday room cleaning, perfect location for going to the beach or visiting the town center, soundproof windows in the rooms, nice rooftop view from the terrace of the hotel.

Sharp smell of cigarettes coming to the room from the corridor; the pool size was much smaller than we expected; the minibar is not included in the price, you have to take a pay for every product you consume.
