Location is perfect. Fantastic location. The apartamento is safe. Very good house. Really nice, elegant. Good washing machine, big refrigerator. Good towels, bed clothes. When we arrived it was very clean.

During 9 nights staying there was NO cleaning, NO toilet paper. We cleaned, bought bag for rubbish, waste, we bought toilet paper, we washed the towels. We bought washing capsules. We solved everything after all from 10 Euro. Very noisy the streets, very, but it is not the fault of owners.

Location location!! The property is in a great place. You can walk out, and it's next to a marketplace place! owner was great at fixing the issue, guickly. And responded quickly.

The bed could be better( it was hard) along with the pillows. And, if someone is going to stay for 10 days, they should have 10 coffee cups suppy not 4 cups for the expresso machine. The bathroom, it badly needs a corner shower caddy inside the bath.

The location is very convenient, with everything within walking distance—shops, cafes, and a pizzeria. Super close to the beach. The self-check-in process is easy. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary. You can request clean towels for free. The shower cabin is excellent; there are no leaks, and the drain does not clog. The water pressure is good, and the shower is quite spacious. All in all I recommend this apartment.

There is only one set of towels and bed linens. There are no supplies or equipment for self-cleaning. The kitchenware needs replacement, especially the frying pans. I would add more shelves in the bathroom and clean the mold in the shower cabin.

Nice app., clean, with good fascilities at excellent location, easy accessable, camera secured, near promenade, close to reastoraunts, shops, beach is at 50 metars and near stop across the road is the bus station for the airport and excellent conection with the owners.Value for cost. Highly recomended

A litle maybe old shaking chairs and broken handle door which in older revues i read it was broken and still not repaired properly

Very spacious studio apartment in excellent location, only steps from the beach in one direction, and the old town, in the other direction. Very clean and comfortable accommodation, with very good wifi, air con and a small but very powerful shower. Also fitted with a dishwasher and washer. Spar supermarket at the end of the street which sold everything! Key code for main door and lock box for door key was ideal as our flight was delayed and we arrived after 1.00am. Airport shuttle bus drops off at the end of the road - 3.85 Euros per person is a lot cheaper than a taxi.

As previous reviewers have mentioned, it is noisy. The street itself is quiet but it is a main thoroughfare from the beach and a bus stop, so sound carries up to the apartment. After the first night we got used to it, but if you are a light sleeper, you'll definitely need ear plugs.

The apartment was ok, very nice clean and comfy. The location is perfect, just cross the road and you’ll be on the beach. Supermarket is literally behind the corner. The only bad thing was the noise. If you want a peaceful sleep at night THIS IS NOT THE PLACE for you - the street itself is very noisy: cars, motorbikes, giant waste truck, the supermarket warehouse opening at 7am with loud music, random people shouting and ringing our bell in the middle of the night - it was even scary.

Great location, right across from beach. Easy walk around old town and all the sites of Alicante. View of Santa Barbara Castle from the window. Easy self check in and Washing machine in apartment C6 Bus stop to airport across the road. Marina just a short walk if you want to get a ferry over to Tabarca island for the day

There was no TV remote so couldnt watch TV, although shouldn’t matter when you’re on holidays but some nights I just wanted to relax at home after a big day of exploring. The apartment I stayed in looked right into other apartments. otherwise great apartment to stay

The apartments are just a minute away from the beach, which is fantastic! Overall, they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. --- You can add this to your review for a balanced perspective!

However, there were a couple of downsides. For instance, the shower door didn’t close properly, and the apartments felt a bit worn, giving off a sense of being well-used, which didn’t quite match the price point.

Small but very functional (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, coffee machine etc.) Comfortable beds, self check-in, good communication with the host, luggage storage. Excellent location. At below 100 euro per night it was a very good choice.

A bit noisy from the street, especially lower floors (earplugs recommended).

Nice and clean room. Location couldn't be better, all the main places in the city are close by and easily walkable. The electric key system worked everytime without a problem, so it was really handy. And the pillows! The pillows were definitely the best I've ever had in any hotel. I wish I knew where they are sold :D

Some noise from the streets, but the hotel is right in the city center so it's normal. The bathroom didn't really dry, so it was quite damp or wet all the time.
