Great location in the old town and east to find. Communication was via the chat on booking.com. The owner was i9en and honest about the location ans possible noise which at night was a little loud but there was a festival on and was to be expected. The room was a great size and had great provisions for what we paid for. I loved the quirky decor, and the social area had some great touches. It was a comfortable space to come back to in a great location. I great unexpected safe and comfortable stay. Was the perfect affordable stop for a short weekend stay.

As out all day didn't catch staff and when checked out had to wait for someone to appear to ask if we could leave our bags. The bed was too hard and quite uncomfortable could have done with a better mattress.

The location was perfect, in the heart of old town, everything is really close, tapas bars, restaurants, bars, marina, beach and Santa Cruz barrio, all in 2-5 minutes by walk. The staff is amazing, very helpful. In email we got the phone number if we’re in need. We got detailed information and instructions about property and neighborhood, the owner really put an effort but we haven’t read it properly and got in the trouble with entering the old city by car! So read informations carefully!

Hotel in heart of the city everything closed . I had room on other side od the street so i had piece and quiet

I didnt like rail for shower curtain . The metal stick hanging curtain wasnt install properly and when u were trying closed curttain whole stick fell down Other thing - i had window for view to the wall only . And early morning u can listen bark owners dog

Superb location! Very nice with the ability to cook own food and store food in the fridge. Helpful staff.

The beds were a bit so and so, it was OK for a week but I wouldn’t be comfortable for longer. The noise from the party people outside were really quite loud, and the cars could be quite loud as well. But we didn’t mind too much - we could still sleep well.

I liked the location in the old town, close to the sights and a couple of minutes from the beautiful sea! The hotel is located in an old building, which gave us the opportunity to feel the soul of the city)All passers-by paid attention to our balconies) I would like to separately mention the wonderful staff, Madame Catalina became almost like family to us in a week)

The staff was lovely and friendly, thank you again! They helped with everything I asked. The breakfast was a nice addition served in comfortable common area. Beach towels could be borrowed. The room was cozy with bright colours and art as well as a little balcony. I definetely enjoyed my stay. Location is great near the beach and city center. The area is filled with restaurants, and grocery stores are also walking distance.

The floor of our room was a bit dirty and dusty when we arrived. It would have been perfect if there was a small fridge in the room to keep drinks cold, although there is a common citchen but it is downstairs. I wasn’t bothered with the noice coming from outside but for those who want to be in quiet it isn’t the best place I think.

Great location in the old town, lovely room with charm, clean and compact but ideal for a few days. Common areas were very nice and a little quirky. Good access to beach, town, bars and eateries. Note, can be very noisy at night so pack your ear plugs for a comfortable sleep.

The room was clean, light, and airy. The host was friendly and helpful, making me feel safe as a solo traveller. A real homely feel which I loved.

As anticipated, as the hotel is set in the heart of Old Town Alicante, it was noisy at night. As this was mentioned before the visit, it wasn't too much of a problem. The only improvement I can think of would have been a thicker mattress on the bed.

great location with a short walk to beach in the heart of everything! lovely decorations everywhere giving a lovely home feel. room was cosy and clean , shower was great and I did not hear a lot noise at night. nice touch with a coffee and toast in the morning if you wanted to have it , great communication from the owner on a lift issue the day I arrived but this was quickly solved , cute doggies that live there always welcoming 🥰 beach towels available. little gem of a place.

Cute little hotel with a hostel feeling. Two little dogs were there to welcome us. It was nice to brew some coffee in the morning in the common kitchen. Lovely decor.

I was well aware that the hotel is located next to a bar area so I knew about the noice. You really get a spanish vivid nightlife experience. Noice from outside did not bother me but I think it might bother someone else.
