Location perfect for beach ,marina ,shops ,restaurants and historic buildings.Very clean ,comfy bed ,good air con,balconies enough for one chair to sit out but patio doors opened up.Straight across not best view but sideway view up to cathedral and onto Main Street.Hard to tell how noisy it would be not during a festival (crazy loud)but sound proof windows worked well.parasols for beach was great maybe 2 easy carry beach chairs as no beds to hire on beach in June but they had some in October??,lift good and entrance easy.We got help straight away even out of hours when we got locked out with no phones!

Only minor and more of a suggestion but a wardrobe and a few more drawers for longer stays and when more guests and a nicer throw on the sofa so very little we didn’t like.

It was a great location and everything was so close by. You could walk out the house and be at the beach in five minutes and the esplanade even quicker. There were so many food places close by and the bus stop for the air port was very walkable. The apartment was well equipped with a waterfall shower, the area was not loud and the air con was great. They provided towels and also a locker for luggage when we left with a toilet we could use which was great. Everything was whatsapped to us and the place uses a code for access so we didn’t need to worry about losing keys

The lift jumped down twice every time we stopped which was unnerving

Wow! what a location. The apartment is centrally located with just 5 minutes walk to the marina and beach, the castle is only a 15 minute walk to the lift. The Old Town with all it's bars and restaurants is just behind the apartment and there are excellent bars,restaurants and a supermarket on the doorstep. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the hosts were helpful. We were able to leave our luggage in lockers at the accommodation as we had an afternoon flight , there was also a bathroom we could use which was great enabling us to make the most of our last day.

The apartment was perfect for a 4 night break. Everything was supplied ie towels, shampoo, tea towel, washing up liquid. The beds felt a little firm at first but we slept well. Loved the long windows and couldn't hear any noise from the street at night with the windows shut. Everything was provided in kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, pots, pans, cutlery etc. The apartment was lovely and clean and we liked that we could use the communal Washing machine and dryer at no cost. The towels were changed after 2 days. The staff were all friendly and polite. The apartment is in an ideal location, 10 min walk to the marina and beach, 5 min walk to mushroom street, there also quite a few restaurants just around the corner. We would definitely return to this apartment if and when we returned to Alicante

Location perfect for town, airport shuttle bus-stop and beach. Easy walking distance to these things. Supermarket opposite. Great ice cream store within a few metres! Clean. Lift to higher floors. Host responded quickly when our kettle malfunctioned. Check in very well explained with video to support.

Room at rear was quiet but no outlook other than a wall. If you want a nicer outlook then ask for a front facing apartment. Stairs quite dark with less than ideal lighting. Noticed smell after a day or so and it was the dishes that the last guests had left in the dishwasher.. Cleaner should have checked this really.

Fabulous basic, but spacious apartment perfect for our needs and excellent value for money. Comfortable beds, spacious bathroom with excellent power shower. Great location -metro station at top of road, promenade and marina at bottom of road, 5 minutes walk. El barrio restaurant and bar area directly behind apartment building. Excellent customer service throughout. Great communications from point of booking. Staff even booked our airport return taxi for us! Will definitely return and definitely recommend!

Could be noisy on an evening but not every night. Only to be expected as it is on a main street. Nothing else to dislike!

The location was excellent, short walk to the beach, good transport links, in the middle of everything! We got the 22 bus to Sant Juan Beach which is definitely worth a visit. It goes from just outside the apartment. The apartment was small but had everything I needed. The staff were always super helpful and efficient. I was there for 3 weeks and just loved it. The beds were really comfy, the air con was fabulous, the shower was good. Access to the washing machine on the first floor was a god send, along with the airer in the room. I would pop that on the balcony and clothes/towels would be dry in no time. It did get a little noisy at weekends but I think I got used to it! My favourite thing was watching the people go by from the balcony. I miss it so much would love to go back!

The only thing was it could do with a little more storage. I was there for a long stay though. Would be adequate for shorter stays :)

Great sound isolation even though it’s on a really busy street, fantastic location near the beach and city center, bunch of street food and supermarkets which are working 24/7 and are next to the apartment. We received clear instructions about everything and it was super easy to get in, good communication with the staff and all the best recommendations for this apartment

Great location, great apartment, had everything you would need, very spacious and clean. You cannot really hear noise from the street though you are so close.

No fault on apartment building or management but ....the other guests :( You can hear noise from people entering and leaving from the slamming of doors or lift doors. I'm not a light sleeper but I did find in difficult to sleep. Apartment was perfect but some people don't realise that they could hold the doors (heavy doors) shut instead of letting them slam. And unfortunately there was someone doing what I can only describe as some kind of HIIT or interval training (or something!!!) somewhere in the building, thudding jumping noise in the middle of the night so yep didn't sleep much.

Perfectly located for the beach , old town and main shopping streets, bars and restaurants. The owner’s communication was excellent and the instructions for the door locks clearly explained. It was a bonus to have a cleaner who changed the bedsheets and provided fresh towels 3 times😃We had an amazing view of the castle from our balcony and the bed was really comfortable! Despite being on a really busy street, there was no noise once we were inside the apartment.
