This property is located on a street that runs parallel and right behind the Esplanada, beach and Marina so it's in a GREAT location. Very clean. Very quiet at night. The owners are quick to respond to your messages and deliver the codes to gain access to your room in a timely manner. There is a small fridge in the room and tea/coffe station in the hallway for all guests to use (self service). The WIFI connecttion is quick and stable. Plenty of hot water in the shower complete with shampoo and conditioner and gel in dispenser and a blow dryer. The room may be small but it fit our needs perfectly. There are many restaurants on the Esplanada however we chose a place that was a couple streets behind the property. There is a Starbucks if you go to the right when leaving the property and then another right at tne main street that is open early for the early risers. There is a McDonald's nearby but they don't open that early. I highly recommend this property and have actually stayed there about four times now.

Bearing in mind this is a Hostel type property in an apartment block it's actually very good. Nicely appointed rooms and a reasonable size. Clean and tidy tea/coffee making station outside the room. Automated door entry (building, floor and room) was effective. Staff not always in attendance but very responsive via WhatsApp and very helpful. Great location for the castle, restaurants and the beach. Main shopping is about 20 mins walk away.

It's nice to have a reception which this doesn't have but no difference to AirBnB really and it's not a big deal as WhatsApp communication is good.

Fabulous location. Appeared very clean (apart from dust under bed). Room and bathroom were compact but well thought through. Mirrors located close to sockets, plenty of sockets, excellent storage, and tea and coffee making facilities in communal area, good value for money if you want basic budget accommodation in the heart of Alicante close to beach and main tourist area. We didn't come in contact with staff hence we couldn't really rate them however communication about access codes for us arriving late in the evening was excellent. We were pleased with our choice.

The location is excellent, surrounded with many restaurants and shops. Very easy instructions on how to get into the building and room. Real value for money.

The neighbors were quite noisy, often talking or shouting either very early in the morning or late at night. There was also construction works going on both inside the building and on our floor, which added to the disturbance. While the room was generally clean, the floor hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped. If you do not have slippers with you, then you may want to change socks every hour.

Location, convenient access and thoughtful contact person who took care of inquiring about the arrival times and making sure we have access details by WhatsApp - which was super handy. A coffee machine and a kettle available in the corridor - this was very handy and a nice surprise.

While this type of room is described as suitable for 2 people, including an adult/child, the bed is a bit on the narrower side and had 1 long pillow/1 duvet. It would be more informative the add details of the bed size I. The description and to offer additional bedding (pillows/duvet) options.

Our stay at this accommodation was excellent. The location is perfect, and the room was very well-equipped and comfortable. The air conditioner was incredibly useful during these summer days. The bathroom was immaculate, and I loved the free coffee. Thank you! We will be back!

All the doors operate with codes, which is great because you don't need to carry keys around. However, when we arrived, we didn't have the codes. We called, and the codes were promptly provided by phone. I think management should improve communication before the stay and update guests about any changes.

The hotel’s central location is ideal, situated just a short distance from both the beach and the city center. It is also conveniently located one street away from Alicante’s promenade, offering easy access to the waterfront. Security measures are well-implemented, with multiple doors ensuring restricted access to private rooms. The accommodations were impeccably clean and well-organized, with daily housekeeping maintaining a high standard of tidiness. The room service was exceptional, ensuring that our belongings were neatly arranged each day.

Very conveniently located in the centre of facilities, not far from the marina, restaurants and bars.

I didn’t like the location of the reading lamp on the headboard and managed to bang my head off it a couple of times when getting up during the night to go to the toilet. Also, there is no reception. You get emailed codes for the outside door, the door to your floor and to your room door. The codes were sent to me in Spanish and I couldn’t understand them so had to call the hotel contact number to get them texted to me in English whilst waiting outside the hotel on the street. Thankfully it wasn’t raining.

Prime location of the Latin quarter, walkable for beach, esplanade, restaurants, castle, marina, museums, shops, train, tram and C6 airport bus. Lovely decor/bright. En-suite double, (super clean, comfy bed/pillows, toiletries S/C, towels, lots of hangers, full length mirror, A/C and heater) with a bijou balcony in a historic building. Quiet on the 5th floor with easy access by lift. Stairs too. Code to access building, 2 more codes on floor and room, so felt very safe. Free safe for valuables. Free access to Coffee machine/ kettle in hall way. Big screen TV, but was too busy enjoying life in the city. Monica (The Boss) and Simone were very kind, friendly and helpful, and able to be flexible with check in/departure on this occasion.

The hotel was clean and comfy and vety bright . Staff were amazing , managenent , hospitality ,reception ,service . Beautifil clean linen and towels, housekeeping attended rvery day and meticulously cleaned everything . Hotel has free wifi and use of underground car park . Location withing easy reach of bats ,beach and resturants.

Food dinner and breakfast not to good , breakfast more varied but dinner both nihgts was awful poor food choice and cold spoke with managemrnts who did everything in their power to rectify the isdues we raised and find a resolution. Although we booked half board and were disappointed with the food . Everything else compensated and we would return as the hospitality was first class .
