Location, cleanliness, air con & fridge. Room 305 overlooking interior yard space - crap view but meant we weren't disturbed by noise. Room absolutely fine & brilliant value. Wobbly but fully working tap only added to the charm. We were a bit worried after reading bad reviews but we needn't have been.

Steps up to lift & stairs to first floor tricky with a wheelchair, but staff immediately put us in a third floor room so we could use the lift which was small but doable. All part of the fun :-)

Cute little hotel in the heart of the city center. Nice rooms with super good beds, toilets really updated with cool decoration. Staff was very nice and also our room was cleaned everyday, which was a happy surprise :)

Hotel located in a busy street full of bars and terraces, a lot of party people :). Also nightclub just under the hotel which made a bit of noise with deep music beat. If you love to party, this is for you! Would not recommend for stay with children (unless they love to party :D)

Location as expected in the thick of night life with endless cafes ,bars n restaurants and crowds of people enjoying themselves! Some previous reviews had mentioned noise, but with the 3 big windows closed n shutters mostly down then noise wasn't a problem( even though it went on till 5am !), Room was v clean and attractive with good bed, wardobe, mirrors and even a welcome cool fridge, plenty of sockets , A big tv ,shower room , Bathroom was small and anyone with long legs could struggle sitting on the loo.Desk/ dressing table under windows v, useful,,air con workedtoo. lift to 3rd floor.

Maybe supply water or at least sell some at reception, a clock would have been useful .We parked our car underground at the harbour as we have been there before and overnight cost E25 ,which was steep. we realized that parking near hotel isn't feasible...

Super little room in a great, central location. But the best things of all were the manager and his staff. Besides being very welcoming and friendly in the usual way, they went far beyond that when I (sadly) needed serious medical attention in the middle of the night. The manager went out of his way to help me and I will be for ever grateful for his kindness and care. This was matched only by the ongoing attention I received from his lovely staff on my return from hospital. That sort of care counts for everything in my book. Thank you all very much.

all of the night clubs/bars are right downstairs so it gets really noisy and hard to sleep. also our bathroom door was literally off its hinges and just laying on the floor, because of this we couldn’t actually close the bathroom door.

Perfect location for nightlife, and weirdly wasn't too noisy! All in all, I really enjoyed my stay - would come back!

Tap was loose and the toilet roll holder was broken so kept falling. Coffee machine but no coffee pods to put in them - cleaner told me I would have to buy my own coffee for this, which seems silly to me. Shower water got really hot by the end of my stay, basically had to have on cold setting to get warm water!

The location is great, in the heart of Alicante, easily accessible by foot all the touristic sights, the beaches, the port, the castle. Staff was kind and helpful.

The walls are very thin so you can hear every noise from the halls or from the other rooms. Some of the facilities/amenities were broken, the hotel surely needs an improvement. But overall, it was a nice stay.

The receptionist was amazing , forget her name but she spoke french alongside spanish so my wife was able to communicate freely. Location is perfect !

As a man using the toilet with my knees touching the wall is a little uncomfortable, the rooms too small , maybe ok for short people.

When changing the date of stay, the cost almost doubled, the administrator did not see the previous payment (before changing the dates), it took quite a long time to resolve this issue. In the end, we managed to find out, but it was exhausting

The location is amazing, in the right center of the city and there are a lot of bars and restaurants around. It's clean and it has a lift to go to the room. The room is small but clean and comfortable enough. The bathroom is amazing, good shower and facilities.

The windows should cover a bit better the loudness but that night it was not too loud (it was a sunday).
