Stunning interior fit-out - main reason for booking this property. Comfortable bed and all necessary equipment in the kitchen. Perfectly located with restaurants and beach near by. Staff very professional and helpful. Gave us spot-on recommendations of where to eat. Nice private terrace to enjoy during the day.

It was noisy at night. Because of the older architecture of the building the windows let the noise in from outside, even when we closed the wooden shutters as well. Also the next door guests were yelling and laughing in the middle of our first night there, on their adjoining terrace to ours so it could all be heard.

The space,light,cleanliness, and location. The staff were amazing. We loved the history of the building.

That we had to leave and return to our real lives!!!

Nice location, excellent room. Hosts were very helpful organizing taxis, storing luggage etc. Beautiful old building.

We had a wonderful stay for just one night in a truly exceptional place . We would have loved to have stayed for longer it was so beautiful. As is the name of the property we definitely stayed in a palace and our suite was just so spacious. Beautiful decor throughout this amazing building. Very kind ,efficient and helpful staff who were very understanding and helped me resolve the issue when I thought I had forgotten something from my room having already checked out.

Nothing to dislike

Location was excellent, very central to restaurants, shops/market + sea front. Apartment was beautiful, very historic with amazing stained glass windows. Very comfortable facilities.

We stayed during the week before Easter so it was a bit noisy with lots of partying go on into the early hours at nearby restaurants. The apartment lacks natural light due to the stained glass windows everywhere, some of these can be opened but it can then be noisy with street noise.

Staff was super friendly and super helpful. Helped us with luggage and showed us around the accommodation to make sure we knew where everything was and how to get in and out of the building. also gave us some local recommendations of what to do. Couldn't have asked for more! Water in fridge on arrival as well which was great as was very hot. The building itself is a beautiful old building that has been kept very well. Would definitely return

Slightly noisy but just put ear plugs in!

The customer service is on the highest level. From the point of reservation and up to the leaving we met the hospitality and welcomeness. The apartment's are based in the historical building with an touch to the details in design and comfort. The location is right in Alicante center in the food and drink streets. 5 min walk to the marina front and 10 min walk to the beach Loved every moment of staying

We did not mind the noise from the street, however it could be the problem for someone who's looking for a quite night sleeps or who's got small kids

Everything... ambiance of the building, very helpful staff, location. Although it is a hotel it does have a mini kitchen with several appliances. You can cook in there. We like to make our own breakfast and it was perfect for us. I liked that the hotel handled us a list that had a small map, interesting places to visit, indication of some restaurants, ice-cream stores, etc.

Took me a few minutes to come to terms with the open plan toilet facility and I think this should be pointed out in the room description. There was just a screen. Being in the attic space meant that we could only walk around the apartment one way without hitting the lower beams. There appeared to be no escape route in the case of a fire as access was via lift only.

The building was beautiful and the apartment was spacious and well appointed with lots of touches to make our stay really comfortable and easy - fantastic shower, coffee machine and pods, water in the fridge, toiletries, excellent hairdryer. The location was central with bars, restaurants, food shops, waterfront and sights on the doorstep. It can be noisy at night as there are bars in the street below but nothing that earplugs won't stop. I slept really well. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the C6 airport bus stop, which made transfer easy. I would definitely stay here again.
