A perfectly located facility in the very center, by the main promenade, close to everything. The quality is adequate to the price, decent beds, large rooms, very good cleanliness. The only thing is the specific smell of cleaning agents used in the corridors, may not suit someone. A slight minus is that it is noisy at night, it carries from the promenade and the street, but this is the specificity of the location. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, and there is also a problem with even a taxi rank, due to the narrow streets. To sum up, a very nice intimate hotel that meets the requirements, and the location is very good.

If someone has a bad sleep, they can be woken up every now and then, and the hit is the garbage truck that takes bottles and glass from a large garbage bin nearby at midnight, making a lot of noise. Despite this, the hotel is recommended, the price is adequate to the level.

Excellent location. Very central and easy to arrive by the C6 bus from Alicante airport. Room quite small but well equipped with kettle, fridge, hair dryer, toiletries. (Only 1 mug but we managed with a disposable one. Take your own coffee etc.). Aircon/heating worked well. Shower good with plenty of hot water but cold water pressure at the sink was very slow. We had deluxe room with side sea view. Bear in mind it was only a glimpse of the sea in between the trees! Staff very helpful. Nice bed sheets and towels.

No outside space to sit though there was lots of benches along the promenade. Lots of dust under the bed but otherwise the room was clean.

Perfect location, comfortable bed, decent shower room size, well working WiFi and AC, iron with ironing board, friendly staff (24/7 service).

Small room with a small storage space. Slippery shower floor, dirty walls and toilet brush. Room walls are thin, can hear all noise from neighbours (even snoring). Personally didn’t like the toiletries (too small sachets and not enough), room attendants forgot to leave clean towels twice. Would be better to have normal glasses or cups in the room instead of provided paper ones.

Very close to the train station (15min walk), to the beach, to city center and all the restaurants from the Esplanade; The hotel personnel really nice and helping (we requested an iron and a dryer and received them for the entire period)

The communication with the hotel before arrival was a little problematic as we couldn't understand each other in writing. Old furniture, walls kind of dirty - it was visible the hotel was not renovated in a while; the only renovated and looking really good was the bathroom. The price quite spicy for the services offered but most likely given hw close to the beach the hotel is, this makes sense. It is very loud outside during the night - garbage cars, people from clubs, so leaving the window open for fresh air, might cause some insomnias!

I was in Alicante for a short visit and that place was a top: good price for a hotel in a very lively area, easy access to lots of places for eating, drinking, working, chilling, and also a lot of transportation. The place was clean, and had a private bathroom, air conditioning, a TV, and enough space. The reception was working late. The check out was at 12 which was super nice.

As other people mentioned, you can hear people from other rooms, but it didn't bother me that much.

The staff were very friendly, the room was a decent size and clean. The air conditioner was live saving and the mini fridge helped save expenses more. It’s a great location in Alicante, short walk to the beach, easy to get to from the airport and lots of bars and restaurants around.

Fridge had a tendency to freeze things but if you’re careful it’s no problem. I think there may have been a slight plumbing problem as the toilet smelt sometimes. Other than that it was brilliant

We had chosen and paid for a double bed room, but on the 5th floor there were no such rooms so the management upgraded us to the penthouse room on the 6th floor which has a superb double bed and excellent views. Thank you to the management!!! Very quiet room. We were impressed about the location. It is perfectly situated in Alicante.

Elevator did not go to 6th floor and there is a small stair instead. But it was OK. Walking stairs is probably good for us :-)

The location is excellent just off the main promenade of Alicante and a 15 minute walk to the beach. We had a family room which was very comfortable as it was 2 bedrooms and a minibar fridge so it was very good value. The staff at reception were very friendly and let us checkin early as a room was available which was super convenient. All in all a very good stay and close to all the attractions in Alicante.

Excellent location one street back from the esplanade and in the heart of downtown, yet quiet. Spotlessly clean, good shower with plenty of hot water and comfortable beds. Very friendly, smiley staff and 24 hr reception. All very good and just what I wanted.

A small fridge in the room would have been useful. Other than that the hotel was spot on.

The only thing I could recommend is for the hotel management to seriously consider triple glazing for the windows, the outside noise at times was loud. Having this would definitely make a huge difference to an otherwise good hotel.
