Its location is superb. Right in the heart of the old town a 5 minute walk to the beach seconds away from restaurants and shops.

Sofa uncomfortable ok it was a sofa bed so they are never great. No coffee table so no where to put drinks when on sofa plenty of room so it could be easily rectified. Poor stools on terrace area the stools are extremely high and not suitable to the dining table there so impossible to eat outside at the table. The table is fairly high so easily rectified get appropriate size stools it would make the terrace a truly good outside dining area. A premium facility in the old town where outside space is a luxury.

Fantastic location, very spacey apartment, friendly staff. There was a pack of some basics needed for comfortable stay (dishwashing liquid, washing machine capsule, dishwasher capsules, sponge and cloth for kitchen, etc) which we appreciated very much.

There was a couple of small things for improvement- toilet flush mechanism was sometimes not closing property, therefore the sound of running water was something to take care before going to bed. Another thing is the knifes need to be sharpened, especially for people who enjoy cooking it’s a big deal :).

I recently stayed at MyFlats Luxury City Center, and overall, I had a good experience. The apartment was very clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which was important for me as I needed to stay connected. Additionally, the air conditioning was excellent, keeping the apartment cool even during the hot days.

However, there was a small issue with the bathroom. The shower head seemed old and wasn’t stable, the shower door doesn’t have water stopper on the bottom causing some water to leak onto the bathroom floor. While this was a bit inconvenient, I appreciated that the staff responded immediately when I reported the problem. Their quick action minimized any disruption to my stay.

We stayed for 10 days. The location is great—right next to the sea, shops, and gym. We lived on the first floor, so it's important to have quiet neighbors, as you can hear everything, even when someone uses the toilet. Everything was solid and tidy, although the shower cabins were leaking, and water would run onto the floor. The apartment has everything you need, though it would be nice if some cleaning products were provided

Great location. You can walk to the main centre, and the seafront in a few minutes. Also the main tram station is less than 10 minutes away if you want to explore other towns on the coast. The airport bus is about a 10 minute walk along the seafront. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Comfy bed. Good shower. We only used one bedroom and bathroom but both showers are a good size.No Well equipped kitchen, we had eveything we needed. The staff at my flat are super responsive, especially Claudia who met us at the apartment to allow us to leave our baggage and give us all the information we needed. She was also very helpful , kind and understanding when we lost one of the keys. Being on such a pretty street , with shops, bars and restaurants the street is busy. The bedrooms are at the back of the apartment so your sleep is not disturbed. I would stay here again. The staff organised a taxi for us to go to the airport.

Nothing to dislike. There were many cups but only 2 mugs, I prefer mugs . I think the size and quality of the bed linen on the large double bed could be improved. The above are just suggestions for improvement as the flat is described as luxury. I would definitely stay here again

This spacious first-floor flat is in an excellent location in the Old Town among all the shops and restaurants and a short walk away from everything. The marina is 5 minutes and the beach is less than 10 minutes walk away. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very well proportioned. The air-conditioning was fantastic. Really effective and quiet. We loved our stay there.

A few minor observations. It is darker than what was shown on the pictures as the street is narrow and not a lot of sun comes in (probably great in summer), not helped by the fact we could not pull up one of the blinds as the system was broken. This might be less the case for the 2nd and 3rd floor flats. The roof top is not communal but only linked to the 3rd floor flat.

It's an amazing place in Alicante. Located in the city center, close to restaurants, and beaches. Good starting point to walk to the Castle. Very convenient. Awesome hosts, very helpful. The place was clean, had everything that we needed, and the patio upstairs was great! (for top apartment only). Worth the price, which wasnt that high anyway. The 4 of us had a great time! We might come back :) Thanks!

Not much.

The location was amazing - so close to everything. Lots of nice restaurants on the doorstep and close to beach and old town.

The only downside was lack of outside space. I had misunderstood when I booked and thought from the photos /reviews that there was some outdoor space. There were a number of small juliet style balconies but no outdoor space to sit.

The location is very good, close to restaurants and shops, 5 minutes walk from the marina, 15 minutes from the beach. The apartment is perfect, even with an elevator up to the apartment. Be careful - in the 3 weeks we were there the elevator was broken 3 times, but someone was there to recover within 5 minutes. Very quiet in the bedrooms, but not very dark due to a bright outdoor lamp between the 2 windows. A sleeping mask might be a good idea. We were allowed to stay in the apartment until 3 pm instead of checkout at 11 am.

Pedestrian noise from busy well known pedestrian mushroom street. If there are many people in the apartment above it is quite noisy. 2nd room not suitable for small children because the 2nd bed hangs from the ceiling. Communication was difficult, there are 4 to 5 contact numbers, must contact at least 2 to 3 numbers before someone answers, others answer automatic reply on leave or not at work.

the apartment was very clean and spacious and included a washing machine. The kitchen was decently equipped. The hot water pressure in the showers was good. The apartment was located steps away from good eating places. It was a nice 10 minute walk to the waterfront. There were small supermarkets close by. Although the stairwell access was narrow, there was an elevator which took you straight into the apartment, so there was no need to haul luggage on the stairs. There are paid parking garages closeby. We parked at the beginning of our trip and never used the car again until it was time to leave, and the car was safe.

The wifi was difficult to log into(the provided password never worked), but after trying all sorts of combinations, we succeeded.
