The location is perfect, you are completely in the city center and have access to everything in 2 minutes by walking. Although you are in the city center and the whole area is crowded, the room was completely isolated of the street noise and it was really quiet. We received a suit room at the highest floor although we had booked the cheapest room, so it was nice and the room was perfect. Nice decoration, clean, nice clean and new bathroom, cosy, positive and romantic vibe and light. The roof top terrace was also cosy with romantic vibe. The staff were polite and nice as well.

The only negative point about this hotel can be just the memory foam pillow and mattress, although it’s made to be more comfortable, unfortunately it’s not. Especially the pillow which is like a big long block of foam.

🌟 My Review of La Dimora del Casanova B&B Boutique, Alicante Honestly, I fell in love with this place at first sight. La Dimora del Casanova isn’t just a hotel — it’s a cozy hideaway right in the heart of Alicante. It feels less like a hotel and more like being a welcome guest in someone’s beautifully designed home. My room was simply wonderful — bright, stylish, with an Italian flair that gives it real character. Everything was spotless and tastefully decorated, without being overdone. The bed was incredibly comfortable — it was hard to get up in the morning! The space was thoughtfully arranged, with everything I needed: fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and charming little touches like candles and subtle room fragrances. I also want to highlight the staff — friendly and attentive, without being overly formal. They gave great recommendations for local restaurants, explained how to get to the beach, and just made me feel genuinely welcome. The location is perfect — only a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to all the main attractions. In the evenings, it was such a pleasure to return to a peaceful, quiet room after wandering the old town, with only the soft hum of the city outside. Bottom line: If you’re looking for a beautiful, calm place with real charm — La Dimora del Casanova is absolutely worth it. I would happily stay here again.

We arrived in the evening and greeted by the staff, the staff were exceptional, whatever they are being paid they should be given a pay rise. The food in the restaurant was exceptional too, completely faultless. and the entertainment on the roof terrace was very nice and chilled out, an amazing atmosphere all round. A very nice boutique B&B.

The rooms were a little smaller than what I expected the photos , I think there may have been confusion in which one I had purchased but it didn't impact the stay. I think the owners could improve a bit with the maintenance of the rooms, it was generally clean but could have been cleaner, the bed was fresh and clean , some things that need repairing or maintaining, such as the doors and the drainage in the shower needs looking at but again it did not impact our stay.

Such a lovely place to stay well located for everything and helpful and friendly staff Robert was a god send Roof top terrace was lovely

Only down side was there was no shower screen over the bath or plugs for bath or sink in the junior suite so made it quite difficult to shower

There was a flamenco show in the Italian restaurant below. Room was clean. Perfect location, we hope to come back and stay here again!

if you want a quiet night this is not the place, you’re right in the middle of town so it’s loud and busy but that’s what we wanted so it was perfect for us!

Truly a hidden gem, beautifully decorated place. We had the suite which was divine. Very comfy beds and gorgeous balcony with view of the mountains. Smelled very nice and perfect access to terrace located above! Staff was very helpful and sweet. The suite has cooking appliances as well

Rooms only accessible by stairs so better to pack light! Also depending on the other habitants (out of owners control) you could hear them in the bathroom at night from the suite. One night someone was hacking and gagging til 3 in the morning. Other than that, street noise is to be expected but it’s nothing too out of the ordinary. The shower also has no curtain which makes it a little awkward to shower but these are minor “issues”, would recommend this stay 100% for couples

A bit noisy and I had a roof without shower, so will make next time time and I choose an option with shower :)

If you wanna come back to the old times in a better way and enjoy the nice room I took without expecting luxury but a kind of magical place (bed) then this is the one for you.

Hot water wasn't available easily. But fortunately I was there for a short time so it's ok.

All the members of the staff was very nice people, the food from their restaurant was excellent and the suite from the last floor, where we stayed was amazing with all you need for you and your partner. We would definitely come back 🙏🏻
