Me and my family had a perfect stay in Palm suites. Nice place, clean, like a picture from the website. We felt at home, comfortable beds, everything fragrant and clean. When we return to Alicante we will definitely stay at the Palm suites. We were very happy with our choice.

We didn't use the shower in one of the bathrooms because the water wasn't going down the drain. But as the apartment had 2 bathrooms, this didn't affect it. On the contrary, we were very happy with our choice in Alicante and we will definitely return.

The location was fantastic Brilliant having an apartment with 2 bathrooms in the centre of the city Gabriela was so helpful with everything especially in helping us store our cases as we arrived early

The apartment that we got was on the 1st floor directly above a gym, they start classes at 6.30am, if you stay in the room that is at the front you get all the noise from below & it woke us up, also it’s at the side of a road, it’s not a busy road but it’s noisy from cars & people walking past. I opened the wardrobe in the back bedroom, I put some clothing on the shelves & when I took it out it was covered in fluff/dust. The view from the window isn’t good, there’s cigarette butts which could be cleared.please see the photo to understand . Needs a bath mat in both bathrooms as the floor was very slippy when wet.

Only disadvantage is not being able to leave suitcases to store before check-in...even though you are offered 20% off to store it else where...I find it quite odd i need to pay considering we have paid for the apartment and have to pay more for keeping the suitcases else where...

We loved the location, loved the property. The design is simple and modern, great size for 4 people to stay for a short period. Check-in was very easy and efficient and the apartment was very clean and organised.

They need a blackout blind in the back room due to light from other properties and better pillows. It would also be great if they could work on the damp smell as that is overpowering when you enter the property and in the front bedroom wardrobe. Also a coffee machine with no pods? I would happily 5 euros more for pods to be included.

Superly appointed studio with a terrace. Located on a very quiet street but minutes from the Explanada Espana. Clean - Instant hot water - Great AC (not too noisy) - Free WiFi The booking process was simple and instructions clear. Gabriela is a superstar. Makes all the hard stuff easy and is there to pick up the pieces when you leave half your life behind at check out...... Passport, Jacket etc etc etc. She went the extra mile and genuinley couldnt have been more helpful. Ill be back !

WE were excited to visit famous Alicante from Miami ..we absolutely loved our aptment ..Thank you Gabriella the owner , she made sure to check on us to see if we had everything we needed ...place was super clean and equiped with everything you need for a short or long stay...location is superb ...you can walk to everything ..we did not need our car which we parked in a very close parking.I definitly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a happy and bright stay in Alicante !

Nothin to dislike in this appartment

The accommodation was very good. A few small extras, such as a shoe cabinet and coat rack, could have significantly improved its quality, but these are really small details. The location is excellent. Everything was very close to us - supermarkets, restaurants and main attractions. The price-quality ratio is excellent.

Nice compact place. We had the top floor which is clean, comfortable. The lift is an advantage Centrally located with great places you can eat, see and shop around its only a few min from the beachfront The best thing was the warmth and helpfulness of our host rep. She is a credit to the company and has excellent PR. Thanks for suggesting a visit to Althea

The sloping wall made it slightly difficult for me and my son to other wise can’t fault it

Great location! Lovely apartments too. A large group of us stayed so it was so handy for walking anywhere we wanted to in town without needing taxis. The owner was great at answering any questions I had throughout our stay too. Highly recommend this place!
