The communication from start to finish was superb. We were sent instructions on how to download the FLEXIPASS app which meant we didn’t need to carry a key or keycard around with us during our stay. The room was modern and very clean. The mini fridge was fully stocked. The water was free and you buy what you took out of the mini fridge. This was also refilled each day. There’s a picture attached of the pricing but a bottle of white wine was 10€, beer 3.5€ mini bottle of Frexinet prosecco 5€ which seemed fair. You can pay by leaving cash, completing a bank transfer or be automatically charged (unless you booked through booking.com) The spa bath fits 2 comfortably and the TV is easily viewable to keep you entertained whilst chilling in the bath. The WiFi worked great in the room. The electric black out blinds were quality as well as the remote controlled air conditioning which made the room extremely comfortable. Location wise, it was perfect. A few blocks / streets away from the esplanade and a lovely square outside with some incredible food and drink establishments. Theres a little convenience store within 200 metres if you follow the street to the left as you leave the front door. From the airport we caught a taxi which cost around 23€. Make sure you use the official taxis or Uber. As you walk through arrivals there will be people saying they can do a deal on taxis for around 50€. Ignore them and go outside to the queue of official taxis. They have meters on and will charge you the fair amount. The apartment is around a 10 minute walk to the main beach opposite the Melia hotel. We couldn’t find anywhere to hire parasols or deck chairs so we opted to buy a mini parasol from the local kiosk next to the beach for 18€ and a large blanket from the Lucky Lucky men for 10€ (they were the same price at the kiosk)

The only negative was that it was quite noisy outside, and at periods of the night (12am & 5am) glass bottles from the local venues were being emptied and recycled. There were also passing noisy people, BUT this didn’t impact on our stay. We appreciate we’re in a city centre and this was fine (nothing compared to our recent stay in Athens when there was a death metal disco next door) The TV also had Amazon Prime & Netflix built in. Sadly we couldn’t figure out how to change Netflix to English but again that didn’t impact on our stay.

Very central, within walking distance of very nice restaurants, bars, the beach and the big shopping mall. The room was clean and there were cleaners every day. Super easy check in through WhatsApp. For any questions or to arrange a taxi just send a WhatsApp message and the staff made it happen!Nice hot tub, comfortable bed and nice rain shower.

The balcony doors wouldn’t close properly so you could hear the noise on the street. There was no toilet brush. The blanket was a bit awkward. The blanket didn’t go inside the fitted sheet but it were just 2 sheets with a blanket in the middle instead of just 1 sheet with the blanket fitted inside. Though the mattress was comfortable the bed itself moved a lot ;) These are just little things that would’ve made our stay a 10/10 instead of a 9/10

Comfortable bed, the hot tub was amazing! Room nice and spacious. Room service everyday, new towels, toilet paper etc. Mini fridge in the kitchen, microwave. Plates, cutlery available. The only thing is there was no kettle and it wasn’t possible to get one. There was netflix on tv as well as youtube and more. We landed at 9am and made our way to the main hotel to leave the suitcase but they told us our room was already available so we walked down to the apartments (10 mins) and checked in at 10am instead of 4pm! The beach is right around the corner a long with many food places. Supermarket is just across the street.

Check in was not the easiest, however the lovely lady sorted it via a phone call from me so they were offer good customer service. The room is boutique and perfectly centrally located in the heart of Alicante. It is very modern and yet still holds its Spanish charm. The bed was of a good quality as was the entire apartment. We loved the bath in the room after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The only problem we had was a sharp edge of the dresser. We pointed this out to the owner and I’m sure they will sort it. That one small thing did not distract from our wonderful stay. I was a good sized apartment with spacious rooms which were all beautiful, comfortable and clean. In summary: Beautiful, boutique and centrally located with the USP of a bubble bath in the bedroom. Absolutely loved our stay, thank you 🙏

Easy check on, fantastic location, lovely spacious room and facilities especially the jacuzzi bath.

The property was very clean, the room was massive, I was well impressed. The famous mushroom street was at the back of the building, that was our view. Close to beach, shops, restaurants, amazing location. Very easy check in as it’s all online, our room was ready before checking time which was great and the check out is 12pm so you don’t have to rush in the morning.

The lift is very small, if you re a bit anxious it is not for you.

It was clean, the room was comfortable, but there were a couple of things like, one light bulb by the bed didn't work, and the ventilation in the bathroom didn't work, it wasn't a problem for me as I was alone in the room, but if I was traveling with a guy it would have been inconvenient.

The location is very convenient, everything is close by, I never once used transportation, but because everything is close by it was noisy until 1am and was noisy from 8am onwards

Perfect location, in town center, 2 blocks from the marina and walking distance to restaurants and entertainment

Unable to check in right away as there is no reception area/ staff. Unable to check in online so I had to take a taxi to check - in , in another location. Very inconvenient, time consuming if you are coming from another country. Eventually the issue was resolved with staff then return by taxi again to the rental

The location is very central, perfect walking distance to the beach, restaurants, markets etc. jacuzzi is very nice to relax in after a long day on the beach

The only 2 negative things about the property were: 1. As the walls and windows are very thin, all the sound and noise comes through. 2. The elevator is very very narrow, makes it very difficult to move especially with any bags .

The host was really friendly and approachable. The accommodation is in a central location near to the beach, it was also close to many bars and restaurants. The room was finished to a very high standard, clean throughout and the jacuzzi was just the most perfect addition! The bed was comfortable and it was nice to be able to watch Netflix too. I would not hesitate in recommending this property.

There was nothing I didn't like about this room. The only thing I would recommend to people is to make sure that you put the water above the jets in the jacuzzi. However, this is not a negative comment.
