This is my second time staying at Bàrbara 3 and this time i brought along my parents, me and my partner stayed here last year at around this time. The apartments are gorgeous and very well designed with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning is exceptional, very quiet and powerful, this alongside blackout blinds and shutters, meant that getting to sleep wasn’t an issue. We stayed in the rooftop terraced apartments and having a space outdoors to sit and relax was lovely. The location is perfect, within walking distance to all of the sights of the city. The members of staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful and I will be recommending the Bàrbara 3 apartments to anyone visiting Alicante. Thank you!

Pre communication re parking, arrival, etc, was excellent. Plenty of room. Excellent facilities. Water in the fridge and coffee pods available. Host is very friendly and helpful and wanted to make sure we got the best out of our stay. Location is very central to everything. A lot of good bars and restaurants. Beach is good and the castle is a must see (take the lift!)

It's located in the middle of the party streets, which is ok as Barbara 3 is no hen or stag parties, so it was fairly quiet. Alicante city do a very good street clean after a Friday and Saturday night!

The apartment is in a great location very close to the beach, esplanade, restaurants and shops. Ideal for a couple. It was easy to find using Google maps. We drove there and had access to their underground car park using their car lift which operates the same as a normal lift. The staff were superb, very efficient and very helpful and friendly particularly when we arrived. They were onsite to help during the day. Access to the apartment outside these hours is by key code which was easy to operate and worked all the time. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and was very safe and secure.

We have a large car - not sure I would have managed to park it and get back out if there were other cars parked. Thankfully there were not. Nevertheless having car parking at €21 per night (which is cheap for Spain) is a plus. There was some noise outside throughout the night from passers by. To be expected due to location but thankfully not too bad.

Everything was perfect! The location is excellent — all the main streets, the beach, and the promenade are just a short walk away. The apartment was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Towels were changed regularly, and cleaning was done several times during our stay. Check-in was smooth, and on our last day, we were able to leave our bags at the reception due to a late flight. The staff was very friendly, and communication was excellent throughout.

Spacious apartment with full kitchen, great location, very friendly and helpful staff who spoke excellent English. We worked remotely from the hotel for a few days during our holiday, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The bedroom was dark and quiet. We did laundry once in the shared washing machine, the hotel provided laundry detergent. Would definitely stay here again.

The living room facing the street was noisy on weekends, so sleeping on the sofa bed there could be difficult.

The location was great, right in the centre and easy to walk to everything. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were outstanding, particularly Daria who greeted us and escorted us in the car lift and to our apartment. She gave us a lot of useful information about places to see and good restaurants. Would highly recommend it, and hope to return.

The bathroom was a bit cold. Lighting on the dim side. Found the oven a bit tricky to operate-- I'm sure someone younger could have worked it out!

Location, clean, helpful staff

Rather plain apartment. Could do with being made more cosy. Sofa/sofa bed in lounge not very comfortable.

Fabulous staff on welcoming with the room ready earlier than planned. Super clean, comfy and perfect for a one night stay as part of a longer trip. Great facilities with kitchen. Comfortable bed and easy to connect personal device to TV (which can sometimes be a challenge in places!). Locker provided to keep luggage post checkout. 10/10!

Jesus and staff was very nice and and very informative- ready to receive us and had handled all requests prior to our arrival. Apartment was in the best location! Very convenient to walk everywhere. Be mindful it is in the center, so I imagine during the summer it can get loud outside due to the bars and restaurants (if you are a light sleeper).

Nothing major- A shelf in the shower would be convenient for bath products. Also the place was dark due to the dark curtains- Great for sleeping- But we had to keep the lights on during our time inside/ raise the blinds up higher. No big deal!!

Good amount of space for 3 people. Close to the beach/bus stop/marina/restaurants. Good for a short stay.

It is very loud at night - there are many restaurants in the area and there is a club just next to the building. You can also hear the neighbours all the time. Overall, I wasn't able to fall asleep until 2am due to the noise outside and then I was woken up by people from the other apartment eating breakfast. The place should have better windows and walls to handle the noise.
