The apartment is in a great location very close to the beach, esplanade, restaurants and shops. Ideal for a couple. It was easy to find using Google maps. We drove there and had access to their underground car park using their car lift which operates the same as a normal lift. The staff were superb, very efficient and very helpful and friendly particularly when we arrived. They were onsite to help during the day. Access to the apartment outside these hours is by key code which was easy to operate and worked all the time. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and was very safe and secure.

We have a large car - not sure I would have managed to park it and get back out if there were other cars parked. Thankfully there were not. Nevertheless having car parking at €21 per night (which is cheap for Spain) is a plus. There was some noise outside throughout the night from passers by. To be expected due to location but thankfully not too bad.

Spacious apartment with full kitchen, great location, very friendly and helpful staff who spoke excellent English. We worked remotely from the hotel for a few days during our holiday, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The bedroom was dark and quiet. We did laundry once in the shared washing machine, the hotel provided laundry detergent. Would definitely stay here again.

The living room facing the street was noisy on weekends, so sleeping on the sofa bed there could be difficult.

The location was great, right in the centre and easy to walk to everything. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were outstanding, particularly Daria who greeted us and escorted us in the car lift and to our apartment. She gave us a lot of useful information about places to see and good restaurants. Would highly recommend it, and hope to return.

The bathroom was a bit cold. Lighting on the dim side. Found the oven a bit tricky to operate-- I'm sure someone younger could have worked it out!

I very much liked the fact that the apartamentos are right in the middle of the restaurant area. Very easy access to the beach, to different breakfast places, shopping and all the evening bliss. The hosts were very nice and welcoming. Very good communication before arrival.

If you are expecting a view of the city from your room you will be disappointed. We did not expect this but if you are a balcony hugger your will be better off at another place. We quite enjoyed the fact that we did not need to worry about the the warm sun in the apartment. There are of course plenty of windows.

Location, clean, helpful staff

Rather plain apartment. Could do with being made more cosy. Sofa/sofa bed in lounge not very comfortable.

Jesus and staff was very nice and and very informative- ready to receive us and had handled all requests prior to our arrival. Apartment was in the best location! Very convenient to walk everywhere. Be mindful it is in the center, so I imagine during the summer it can get loud outside due to the bars and restaurants (if you are a light sleeper).

Nothing major- A shelf in the shower would be convenient for bath products. Also the place was dark due to the dark curtains- Great for sleeping- But we had to keep the lights on during our time inside/ raise the blinds up higher. No big deal!!

Fabulous staff on welcoming with the room ready earlier than planned. Super clean, comfy and perfect for a one night stay as part of a longer trip. Great facilities with kitchen. Comfortable bed and easy to connect personal device to TV (which can sometimes be a challenge in places!). Locker provided to keep luggage post checkout. 10/10!

Good amount of space for 3 people. Close to the beach/bus stop/marina/restaurants. Good for a short stay.

It is very loud at night - there are many restaurants in the area and there is a club just next to the building. You can also hear the neighbours all the time. Overall, I wasn't able to fall asleep until 2am due to the noise outside and then I was woken up by people from the other apartment eating breakfast. The place should have better windows and walls to handle the noise.

I liked the location, we could walk everywhere, it's a very central place to stay. The staff are lovely and very approachable. Very easy get in and out with our codes. Even though the surroundings could be loud and noisey, once inside we didn't hear a thing.

If we opened the windows at the back all we saw was a high wall, everything was closed in. If we opened the blinds or door at the front we were looking in to someone else's home/ apartment. There was a rooftop terrace but the door was locked and it wasn't offered to us. Probably a bit dangerous anyway. We did enjoy our time there, staff were lovely including the cleaning staff who were always happy. Thanks for everything. M&T. Eire

Great location within easy distance of new and old town of Alicante. Room spacious and well equipped. Forgot to pack a hairdryer and none in the apartment but only thing to comment on. Comfy bed and quiet so no problem sleeping even though we were in the middle of very busy bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Great knowledge of area and answered all questions asked. Given details of recommended eateries and places to visit. Couldn't ask for more.
