I've just spent 4 days/nights here and loved every second of it. The hotel is centrally located, the staff are professional, polite and courteous and I can't fault it. The beds are comfy, the air con is cold, rooms are cleaned every day. I didn't have breakfast but it looked great. No, they don't have balconies and no they don't have a pool. These weren't missed at all because the location of the hotel more than makes up for this. I would say there are plenty of hotel choices in Alicante if you want those, but if you want a centrally located, comfy room where nothing is too much trouble, then book here. I can't wait to come back already.

Location and cleanliness was excellent

The disabled bathroom was NOT up to standard, the toilet bowl was too low and the transfer rail was on the wrong side of the toilet for a wheelchair user, another concerning issue is that the toilet itself wasn't fastened to the floor ,room 101.However the hotel was kept clean and tidy with room service everyday.The bed was extremely comfortable but the room lacked air conditioning, would be unbearable heat in summer. A very amicable employee was Victor on reception, this was outweighed by an equally obnoxious lady working on the breakfast, her mannerism was so rude I didn't find any value in knowing her name...the breakfast had a good variety and was adequate to set you up for the day.

Excellent location surrounded by plenty if excellent bars and restaurants. Just a steady 10 min walk to the harbour. Very Helpful staff Clean and comfortable Room, not overly big but sufficed. Although the hotel has no carpark, I was given directions to the public carpark where you get discounted rates and it was just a 2 minute walk away. I had asked for the use of a kettle and it was ready and waiting in the room on our arrival along with complimentary water. Considering we were on a busy road you could not hear a sound from outside when in the room...perfect!!

Only a small criticisms, but the pillar just away from window and close to the bed was a little inconvenient especially if getting up at night, definitely needed to put the light in to avoid an accident. Could do with overhead light aswell as wall lights.

Good location close to theater, central market and urban lines. Friendly and helping staff. Good bed, nice TV size, cozy room. I could take some online meetings, wifi working well.

All - very small space. Squared column near bed - I hit the corner with my little toe, I still cannot walk well - but my mistake. Another column near wc - staying diagonal to fit. I understand that it was a renovation/design challenge, but is good to be aware of. No nice view, strong noise renovations across street, lucky me going out almost all time. Bath without good ventilation - mold traces in the shower.

The fact that is in the city center, close to all attractions, close to the best restaurants The breakfast was tasty

The fact that I booked 2 family rooms and I received something else, without being informed before my arrival. When I entered into one of the rooms I discovered that they offered me a double room with a 3rd bed - as we travelled with the kid. My recommendation is to check with them after booking the desired room, to confirm once again that they have the type of the room that you’ve booked. I appreciated that after noticing this to reception, the receptionist lady apologized for this change and tried to do her best to accommodate us in other room that we actually booked and also offered late check out for my room

Beautiful hotel with wonderful smiling staff. We loved our short stay. Rooms were quite small though after the sofa bed there was hardly any space to walk in the room. Location of hotel is pretty amazing everything nearby.

Breakfast room was too small and got chaotic at 9:30 when there were no tables to sit at. Hot breakfast was almost finished by that time and coffee machine was broken so they asked us to use the one at entrance of the hotel hence long queues there for coffee and tea. Also there are no full length mirrors in the rooms which was strange. How do you expect a woman to leave the room without looking at her head to toe lol. The only mirror in the junior suite was one with the sink which was bit uncomfortable for everyone getting ready at the same time. Rest everything was wonderful.

Very nice hotel,beautiful rooms, very clean with extra large bed, and excellent located, 3 minutes from the tram and 3 minutes from the streets with the restaurants and bars. Very friendly saff, nice coffee machine at the lobby.

At first I was given a room not as seen in the pictures . However when I ask to be moved to an external room, my request was satisfied and every thing was fine!

For me the bed was too soft, however the size was superb. However, although we booked 2 standard doubles. one of the rooms had coffee making facilities (although cups and coffee never replenished) and also had complimentary bath robes and slippers. It also had 'extras' such as shower caps, shaving kit etc.... we also had a balcony and was able to sit outside. A bit embarrassing as our friends didn't have any of these 'extras' and we both paid the same price !!! The location was perfect. a stones throw from market, the hop on hop off bus and the tram station. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and also a car park nearby for those like us that drove there.

We would have liked there to have been an onsite bar and also for both the rooms to have had the same facilities.

Perfect location central to all things including the beach and many restaurant / eat out options. Step out into the buzz of Alicante and step back into a clean, quiet hotel. Comfy bed and relatively big room. We got a family room which was essentially two rooms in one as you can close the door and divide the rooms, most family rooms are just one big room. With this one we had two rooms so loved that. The bed in the big room was humongous can probably sleep 4. The bed(s) in smaller room if you pull out sofa can sleep two ...so yeah it was a big room. Tea, Coffee, mini fridge all available nice bathrobes, slippers and toiletries provided ...it was nice

Our room overlooked a drab hollow place not a courtyard but empty place, they need to either paint with murals to give it a bit of life or wall plant. Thankfully we did not have time to ponder on that there was so much to see outside and around the hotel...the hotel room was for relaxing and sleeping. Also limited TV, youtube icon but not working. Only channels with English was Aljazeera and BBC so yeah caught up with the world news :)

Location- it is very central and walking distance to both the old town and the port. The hotel has reduced parking rate with an underground car park across the road (EUR10.50 San Cristobal). I can see why some reviews mentioned the noise, there are bars and restaurants at street level but we were fortunate enough to get a room on the top floor (8th) which seemed inward facing. The room was decent with a large bed and a mini fridge and plenty of towels and toiletries. We declined the breakfast so unable to comment. Staff on reception were friendly.

We found it expensive but turns out there was a festival taking place which may explain it.
