I've just spent 4 days/nights here and loved every second of it. The hotel is centrally located, the staff are professional, polite and courteous and I can't fault it. The beds are comfy, the air con is cold, rooms are cleaned every day. I didn't have breakfast but it looked great. No, they don't have balconies and no they don't have a pool. These weren't missed at all because the location of the hotel more than makes up for this. I would say there are plenty of hotel choices in Alicante if you want those, but if you want a centrally located, comfy room where nothing is too much trouble, then book here. I can't wait to come back already.

The location of this hotel is superb, next to bus stops, tram network and walking distance from beach, town, restaurants, markets and Santa Barbara Castle. Rooms are clean and well maintained, cleaners were kind and through with respect, choices of new towels and linen with a notice card to place. Breakfast was worth staying for, its a buffet and there is hot choice and cold along with pastries and fruits. Choice of coffee tea, juice, water, even fizz surprised us, and as we were leaving at 2am a request for a breakfast bag could be ordered for our journey as we had already paid. Staff were more than helpful no matter what time of day we needed them. Air conditioning was also excellent and fridge in room a bonus.

The location was excellent. We were never too far if walking, and if we needed public transport, bus and tram stops were no more than two minutes away. The room was nice, quiet and comfortable. We were one room away from the elevator and never disturbed by noise, either inside or outside (street facing room). The extras such as the bath robes and slippers were a nice touch. The daily room maintenance was great, ensuring fresh towels and amenities were stocked up. There is also a coffee machine in the room, however, they did not replenish the pods/sugar/milk throughout the stay. The room also had a kettle and hairdryer. The staff were lovely, all very friendly and welcoming. Checking in was a pleasure, and we would definitely stay here again.

In the room there were a few areas that could do with improvement, such as our toilet was chipped in several places, the sink did not give cold water, the cup was largely cracked and paint was chipping/disintegrated around the windows. Although none of the above significantly impacted our stay, it’s just a general observation.

Location and cleanliness was excellent

The disabled bathroom was NOT up to standard, the toilet bowl was too low and the transfer rail was on the wrong side of the toilet for a wheelchair user, another concerning issue is that the toilet itself wasn't fastened to the floor ,room 101.However the hotel was kept clean and tidy with room service everyday.The bed was extremely comfortable but the room lacked air conditioning, would be unbearable heat in summer. A very amicable employee was Victor on reception, this was outweighed by an equally obnoxious lady working on the breakfast, her mannerism was so rude I didn't find any value in knowing her name...the breakfast had a good variety and was adequate to set you up for the day.

Excellent location surrounded by plenty if excellent bars and restaurants. Just a steady 10 min walk to the harbour. Very Helpful staff Clean and comfortable Room, not overly big but sufficed. Although the hotel has no carpark, I was given directions to the public carpark where you get discounted rates and it was just a 2 minute walk away. I had asked for the use of a kettle and it was ready and waiting in the room on our arrival along with complimentary water. Considering we were on a busy road you could not hear a sound from outside when in the room...perfect!!

Only a small criticisms, but the pillar just away from window and close to the bed was a little inconvenient especially if getting up at night, definitely needed to put the light in to avoid an accident. Could do with overhead light aswell as wall lights.

Good location close to theater, central market and urban lines. Friendly and helping staff. Good bed, nice TV size, cozy room. I could take some online meetings, wifi working well.

All - very small space. Squared column near bed - I hit the corner with my little toe, I still cannot walk well - but my mistake. Another column near wc - staying diagonal to fit. I understand that it was a renovation/design challenge, but is good to be aware of. No nice view, strong noise renovations across street, lucky me going out almost all time. Bath without good ventilation - mold traces in the shower.

The fact that is in the city center, close to all attractions, close to the best restaurants The breakfast was tasty

The fact that I booked 2 family rooms and I received something else, without being informed before my arrival. When I entered into one of the rooms I discovered that they offered me a double room with a 3rd bed - as we travelled with the kid. My recommendation is to check with them after booking the desired room, to confirm once again that they have the type of the room that you’ve booked. I appreciated that after noticing this to reception, the receptionist lady apologized for this change and tried to do her best to accommodate us in other room that we actually booked and also offered late check out for my room

Location was brilliant. Right in the middle of everything. Even a short walk to the airport bus stop (we were using airport parking). Breakfast good plenty of choice. the coffee in reception was handy. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Lovely room and comfy bed. The extra pillows were appear.

Shower lacked umph but we managed. Fridge wasn't working but was soon sorted out. We also had a problem with the air con leaking but again soon sorted out. Other than that, nothing untoward.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful smiling staff. We loved our short stay. Rooms were quite small though after the sofa bed there was hardly any space to walk in the room. Location of hotel is pretty amazing everything nearby.

Breakfast room was too small and got chaotic at 9:30 when there were no tables to sit at. Hot breakfast was almost finished by that time and coffee machine was broken so they asked us to use the one at entrance of the hotel hence long queues there for coffee and tea. Also there are no full length mirrors in the rooms which was strange. How do you expect a woman to leave the room without looking at her head to toe lol. The only mirror in the junior suite was one with the sink which was bit uncomfortable for everyone getting ready at the same time. Rest everything was wonderful.

Very nice hotel,beautiful rooms, very clean with extra large bed, and excellent located, 3 minutes from the tram and 3 minutes from the streets with the restaurants and bars. Very friendly saff, nice coffee machine at the lobby.

At first I was given a room not as seen in the pictures . However when I ask to be moved to an external room, my request was satisfied and every thing was fine!
