We had a lovely holiday. The accommodation is quite centrally located. Check-in was seamless. The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day, and even during our week-long stay, the room was thoroughly cleaned (including new bed linens). Earplugs are also provided, as it's a bit noisy from the main road, but this is pointed out in advance when booking.

Was a simple overnight stay for an early get up for the airport so was perfect for my needs. Location was good and the facilities nice and clean

Unfortunately you could hear everything and even though the rules stated to be respectful and quiet after 10.30pm, the room next door came home early morning and was loud. Luckily I was getting up for the airport early.

I had a lovely stay in this room in Urban Rooms Alicante! The room was clean, spacious, and well-decorated, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and the park within walking distance. My overall experience was great, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Alicante!

The staff where super accommodating and helpful, they quickly arranged to change our room when we had an issue & even provided a light breakfast to make up for the inconvenience. It’s a close 10minute walk into the main part of town.

There’s only 2 bathrooms/shower’s between everyone so sometimes you may be waiting for them to be free

Nice place and reception. They were a little concern as we made a little noise when we arrived late from plane was delayed 2 hrs Ryair always.. but all settled when we went to the event after all.

No sure maybe the lights comes up so quickly when you walk to the toilet and back... bright lights seems will wake up everyone.. the noise a little load but they provide you with ear plugs. So it can be bearable.

The place is super clean and the family room (double bed & 1 bunk bed, 2 adults with kids 9&6) was big and had shelf storage for our things. The manager and the owners are truly LOVELY, super helpful, kind and professional! I thought this would be more of a hostel vibe, but it kind of felt like we had a nice room at a b&b because the host (Raymon) was there close by and happy to answer any questions and let me practice my horrendous Spanish (: Everything is very new and fresh, the shared kitchenette is super clean, the staff are constantly cleaning the shared bathrooms and the beds were immaculate. There’s a shared big fridge and a small private fridge in the room, a fruit vendor across the street and a supermarket 2 minutes away. They key system is great. Extremely convenient and would absolutely stay there again for a short stop like this!

I read some people saying they heard too much noise from the street, but I don’t really share that experience.The rooms are close to a lively street so we heard the occasional short burst of sound, especially on the Saturday, but we knew it was a central location and it didn’t bother us in the slightest, actually just created an atmosphere of being somewhere new. Definitely wasn’t loud like I expected. They do provide ear plugs for guests who need them.

The location, host and apartment were all super good. The value for money is okay. The rooms are big enough. You have two bathrooms and shower that are always clean.

The beds were a little bit unstable and there was a tiny whole near the window to the next room. Unfortunatly for us there were small kids in the room next to us and you could hear everything. So thats the only bad thing .. its not really good sound isolated.

Very clean and modern facilities, excellent shower, comfortable and spacious, smart tv in room, self check in very straight forward.

Very very loud next to road, however earplugs were provided so it did dull out some of the noise. We would stay again though as everything else was great

I highly recommend this place to everyone who would like to stay at a clean, very well looked after accommodation. The person who handled the booking and check-in was exceptionally kind, attentive, and very, very helpful. We needed help with some not-accommodation related matters. They took great care of us, responding with a matter of minutes, even not during office hours. They provided us with invaluable advice and support for which we are immensely grateful.
