Brilliant location. Good communication. Had everything we needed at a fabulous price. Was spot on for what we needed and what we paid. Some nice little touches too - appreciated the water in the fridge and a few wee snacks.

Might be time for a new mattress but once we swapped sides, we slept better.

Our flight was delayed a few times and we ended arriving 7 hr. later. We kept in touch with the host, Shami and he accommodated without reluctance to our late evening arrival. He met us to give us the key and useful information about the area. After we met him, we knew that if we'd need extra assistance he would help us. The apartment is in a great location, walkable distance to downtown, the coast, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. It also offers paid parking across the street.

We were comfortable and had all we need for our stay. We didn't have any issues.

The apartment is well-located, adequately equipped and very clean. The host also provides coffee capsules and some breakfast goods, which come highly convenient. The communication was fluent and helpful.

Not giving a 10 score because the TV didn't work, only the radio stations on the screen, and the shower tube needs some fixing. Aside from that, I would repeat.

We stayed at the room which was right next to the main door, so we were bothered by noise from the hallway and street outside. I think we should have selected another room for better sleep.

Very convenient location, walking distance to the city center and grocery store while also very quiet. The host was friendly, very easy to reach, communicated regularly and met me with keys in a timely manner. He was also kind enough to accommodate my request for extra keys for my friend. The apartment had a small balcony with a great view of the castle. The bed was comfortable, there was a small kitchen with a refrigerator and the place had air conditioning! Huge bonus! Parking was available in a gated lot across the street for $10/day. This isn't luxury, but it is a clean, convenient and comfortable accommodation that checked all my "must have" boxes for a very affordable price in beautiful Alicante. I would definitely return!

The shower was very small (but had good pressure). I would let the host know if there is more than one person staying in advance so he can provide extra keys, towels and linens for the sofa bed.

First, the location is excelent, 5 minutes from center but far enough and quiet so you can rest. Second, the owner is top man, he can help with transfer, advice and everything else you might need, like towels and toiletries etc

Great location, main Street with shops and buses 5-10 minute walk, beach 15 minute walk. Great view of the castle. appartment clean and comfortable, has everything you need for a few days away. Great communication from host. checked in to see if everything was OK and to see if anything was needed.

The location is great and the center is easily reachable on foot. The apartment had a refrigerator, a small kitchen and a coffee machine. The owner always supplied us with coffee pods and croissants and is very helpful. There is a private paid parking lot very convenient for those who have a car like us. Communication with the owner and key management excellent. I will definitely return!

I liked the location, very close to the mountain, beach, historical sites. The owner was always available to ask questions online and helped in understanding how to get around, what places are best to visit and where to walk. Amazing view from the balcony on Santa Barbara mountain. My friend and I will definitely come back!

Perfect location, clean apartment with the castle view. We got everything we asked from landlord, even coffee for all stay was provided, biscuits and water, toiletries, shuttle service from and back to airport. Thank you so much for good advices, excellent communication. We got even sunny weather 🌞 in October. Highly recommend 10 👌
