We had all we needed, good value for money

The location was good. It was clean and comfortable for a few nights. It was very quiet.

The staff made me feel so dumb having to physically show her how to lock each door 5 times. I understand why, but honestly, I'm an adult, I know how to open a door with a key, I live in a house, not a shoebox. It was a bit pricey, too, but the summer festival was on, so I understand the pricing.

The staff were extremely helpful in coordinating a lift to the airport, and flexible with check-in time. They communicated via WhatsApp and replied to all questions immediately. I was really impressed. There were 2 shared bathrooms for guests to use, and at least 1 was always free. Bedroom doors lock to guests, so some privacy was ensured.

There did not seem to be any "extra" amenities included (towel, shower supplies, etc.), so you have to bring your own. Also, the bedroom I was in had loud running water and club music present for a lot of the night.

Near to city centre , cleaning

Beside is a pension you don’t know how is next to your room , there was one day cannabis smell all over the place and the front door was open ( bad thing because all our belong ws on that place .

it was a very strange place , felt like some one’s apartment that’s been cleared out for a hostel , there were not where to securely store my stuff , there were only one shower , it was nothing like any of the other hostels I’ve stayed in .

THE ONE MEMBER OF STAFF, IN THE EVENING, WAS VERY HELPFUL.

MORE HONESTY BEFORE BOOKING. FELT A BIT RIPPED OFF AT PAYING 10 EUROS FOR A TAXI FOR THE STAFF TO COME AND LET ME INTO THE PROPERTY. ON THE WEBSITE IT GAVE NO TIME LIMIT TO CHECK IN TIMES. THEN AFTER BOOKING THEY SAID 10 EUROS TAXI FARE EXTRA IF ARRIVING AFTER 8PM. SAYING IT BEFORE BOOKING WOULD HAVE DEFINATELY CHANGED MY DESIRE TO BOOK. THE ROOM ENDED UP BEING A DORM ROOM WHICH WAS NOT STATED IN THE AD. I HAD IT TO MYSELF BUT THAT WAS NO CONSULATION. LACK OF HONEST DESCRIPTION. WOULD NOT BOOK AGAIN.

the bedroom was rammed full of beds. no towels are provided, not even one to dry your hands after using the toilet. the receptionist was a nightmare.

False advertisement, This is not a hostel, there are not any kind of massages available, the games they say you can play are in terrible conditions, there is no daily housekeeping , there is no one at the reception so if you have any enquiry about their facilities at extra charge there is no one there to explain it. When contacting whoever runs this through booking.com the person was quite rude and not friendly. No face mask available and not sure what access to health care means. There are quite a lot of rules which some need to be explained to you by the manager as it is written and it did not happen so you might end up paying extra fee just by not been explained things properly. Their reception, indoor play area and shared lounge is the same room and quite small so even if you want to watch tv there is not much room for you to sit. Avoid this place
