Very nice welcoming, everything went smooth. Recommended. The apartment was nice and comfortable. The location was perfect. Hosts are super nice, the area is perfect.

We did not like very intensive smell of the three different room fragrances, one in each room, and shower gel box was empty so we had to buy one. There were obvious parts that needed cleaning (chandeliers, windows...), and the internet was on/off in the evenings. To be clear, nothing that cannot be improved with a simple effort. I still recommend the place.

Great location, nice and quiet neighbourhood with bakery and supermarket on the next corner. It' peaceful during the night. The apartment is mostly well equipped and king size bed is comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Easy procedure for self- check in.

The futniture is a bit outdated, some things could be changed. The apartment would look cleaner with new pieces of furniture, especially dining table and bathroom equipment. The blind on one bedroom window was missing and it would be good to have dark curtains in the living room as well. It would be useful to have clothes airer inside. Small sharp knife was missing, there were only big, blunt ones. It's great that they have lockers, but most of them are not working or get stuck and, since reception desk works only from 11am until 6pm, there will be no one to help you to take your things.

The location was great! You could walk straight into the city center. We had to pay parking fees of 8 euros per day. The parking garage was just 100 meters away, which was very convenient! However, the parking spaces in the garage are quite narrow. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows definitely need to be replaced. They were long, hard pillows and were not comfortable at all. All four of us felt the same way! Moreover, there was quite a bit of noise from the outside, as the windows didn’t close properly. The location was excellent. The apartment had a small kitchen and a fridge. It was also really convenient that there was an elevator in the building. We took the stairs, but for my parents, the elevator was ideal! The girls at the reception were very kind. I would definitely recommend it!

What disappointed me the most were the pillows and the noise from outside. Also, every morning we could always hear a dog barking.

Great location. Nice 2 bedroom appartment. You have everything you need inside for breakfast or some snacks. Nice staff. Internet didn't work since day 3 and we got so.e advice from staff but we didn't try the proposed solution.

Not so clean. I have the impression that they have bed bugs as we have been bitten. I hope I did not take them with us. Shower needs a deep clean, it is really disgusting. The appartment is really noisy, you hear people talking on the street at early hours. And during the night, we couldn't sleep because of the garbage big cars that made crazy noise.

The flat was very clean. There were tee and coffee bags, water in the fridge left for us, very nice touch. Any equipment we needed in the kitchen was there too (though we didn’t cook). Everything was in a good working condition. Location was excellent. 10 min to the train station, municipal bus (airport bus C6) stop close to the flat. Very close to the restaurants, 20 min walking to the beach. And on the last day there were lockers to keep my suitcase until evening and shower room for guests, who already checked out.Couldn’t ask for more.

Spacious, clean, and good-looking apartments, located just a 10-minute walk from Alicante city center. We rented 4 apartments and stayed here with our team for a workcation. Since the apartments are large, we found plenty of space to work and collaborate. The Wi-Fi was excellent. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we used it to have breakfast together as a team. There are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The Alicante Central Market and supermarkets like Mercadona are just a 5-minute walk from the apartments.

The apartment is spacious, not very far from downtown. They have available lockers and shower for people who made the check out and have to spend few hours more in Alicante, prior to the departure.

1. The bed sheets and towels weren’t changed during the full stay (7 nights), which is not OK. 2. The bathroom from matrimonial bedroom is having a shower with a spout which is not working properly + the glass door could not be fully closed => after every shower the bathroom is flooded 3. The walls are not very clean => must be painted asap

The location is perfect. It’s close to restaurants, the market and city center. It’s a ten minute walk to the beach. The apartment was a very nice size with a decent couch and table area. The bed was large and comfortable. There was a big water bottle, olive oil, tea and coffee provided, which was appreciated. There was a laundry area that has an actual dryer, which was amazing. It was also free and they provided detergent. I found the staff to be helpful and friendly when I decided to extend my stay and also switch rooms. Overall this is a pretty decent place despite some things they could do to make it a bit better. I would stay here again.

Overall the place needs a deep cleaning, painting and a bit of a facelift. It has so many good things going for it but it needs updates. There was definitely mold in the bathroom and they need to be scrubbed big time. I actually had to switch units because I am sensitive to it and both units had this issue. I ended up pretty sick my entire stay, which could have had something to do with it, although I was already getting a bit sick. The light below the cabinets burned out. Walls were dirty and table mats were old and gross. Could have used a rug in the living area to make it more comfortable.

It was a good location, good size flat. We had in our room sun beach umbrella, coffee machine. Pods and pans. There is washing machine near reception downstairs which is very convenient to do some washing. Reception ladies very nice and always helpful, they all speak English very well.

Some people didn’t follow rules which is be quiet from 2200pm, we had pretty scary argument with group of man on the 4th floor who were making so much noise around 2330pm- they were drinking smoking, I have 8 months old baby, so was pretty scary - so I had to call reception at that time. Luckily they left next day. We stayed 11nights and they didn’t change towels once or cleaned our flat, we had to ask them to change which is I think must have been done before. Also, there is noise in the bathroom during the day and night, not sure what noise it is but it’s there all the time and it’s frustrating especially at nights, when you try to sleep. Air corn works but not so well. I mean lovely flat but there is definitely work needs to be done and for this apartment money is not worth it

Spacious apartment in a good location; walkable distance to the old town

The place is spacious and generally comfortable, but it’s starting to show its age and could benefit from a bit of TLC in places. There were no major issues, but the quality of the bed linen and overall cleanliness could be improved. It felt like we were in the older part of the building or one of the older apartments this time, as my previous stay here was in a more modern unit with higher-quality furnishings. Still a decent stay, but some updates would make a big difference.
