Fantastic staff! Everyone I encountered was great!! Modern, very new, relaxed atmosphere! Despite my negative points below the stay was great and would still stay again on my next visit to Alicante!

It’s a new hotel - so it’s understood there will be some small issues, but the room really lacked quality craftsmanship. Sloppy paint job, missing grout/silicone on tiles where it should be, random screws and holes. For a brand new room it was really poorly finished. Also - please have a member of staff stand in room 511 and then someone use the shower in the room that backs into it! You will get the shock of your life as I did at 05:00 one morning!

I recently stayed at this accommodation, and overall, it was a great experience. The place is newly reopened, very clean, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, and the 24/7 reception was convenient. They even gave us a free drink ticket. Location was also great.

The only downside was the lack of Wi-Fi in our room, which is important for tourists. Other than that, everything was excellent! I would rate 10 if the WiFi in the room worked fine.

The hotel is cozy and decent value for money, location very accessible to the city centre if you don’t mind walking easily 15/20min, I literally walked everywhere and it’s close to main attractions, restaurants and to the public transport. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms are on a smaller side so if you have big luggage, there’s not much space to keep them on a standard room. Tv also didn’t work but we didn’t stay much in the rooms so it didn’t really affect us. Walls are quite thin so you can hear some of the neighbouring room. They arranged our taxi back to the airport, and there’s a safe room to keep your luggage’s with lockers in case if you’re only flying at night which is always a bonus.

The hotel is modern and clean. Plenty space to hang out, work, etc. The staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful. First night we ran into problems with the balcony door (it was broken and couldn’t be properly locked) - they moved us to a deluxe room. It was spacious, well-equipped and overall comfortable. The clothes steamer and fridge were very helpful.

Breakfast was ok, small selection, but there was no rotation of food available. The pool was closed. The bathroom was clean but you could tell it’s not properly ventilated because of stained silicone sealant. Small rooms are REALLY small - not ideal for longer stays

The hotel is very good value and well situated. I stayed in a budget room- the room was small but had a large balcony - and it was fine for one person. I liked that it had a fridge and plenty of hanging space for clothes. I also like that each side of the bed had USB ports. The hairdryer in the bathroom was very good. The bathroom was spacious and great shower with large cubicle plus lovely full sized shower gel/shampoo & conditioner. Downstairs the cafe is nice and free voucher with your stay for a hot drink is a nice touch. The breakfast room is light and airy- plenty of room and very clean. Continental choice is good. I would definately stay again.

Only had breakfast once- paid 15 euros and the hot food was cold- not much choice of hot food. 15 euros is a lot to pay for continental breakfast. I was very warm on my last night but couldn't get cool air con - not sure if this was due to it being January- had to open balcony door so was then kept awake by street noise. Would have liked a few more coffee sachets and milk portions in the room- they only left one per day and two milks-when I asked at reception for more they seemed quite reluctant to provide asking me to go check my room but I had used one at 5pm so I knew I had none left apart from decaf ones.

The property was super modern, well designed and clean, the location was good, close to a small grocery shop, tobacco store and parking. They rent out sunglasses, hats, fans and beach towels but not beach umbrellas.

The parking was relatively expensive (€20 per day, keep in mind there is a parking close by available for €14.50 a day). Despite choosing the nicer option with a balcony the room was extremely tight, there was just enough for one person to walk around the bed. No closet/ drawers were available and there’s really not enough room if you have anything more than a backpack and a small suitcase. We had a late check-in and no transfer was available, instead, they told us which bus we can take and on which stop we should go off on. It was wrong and we had to walk 30 min at 1AM because it was the city center and no Uber could take us. Lastly, if you don’t speak Spanish there will definitely be a language barrier between you and the hotel staff. I don’t really mind but it’s just FYI.

Everything was great, starting with the freshly renovated rooms/lobby/etc., ending with absolute cleanness, friendly stuff and perfect location that’s not far from the beach and a very city center. Definitely a good choice for short stay in Alicante (probably for a longer one too, just booking of a bigger room would be better then) and we’ll come back here again for sure.

The only one thing that seemed a bit strange and outdated to us was that you’re asked to leave a deposit during the check-in (for any possible damage you may cause) 🥲 we are always very careful about other people’s/businesses’ property, but with such approach I was extremely nervous about every single tiny scratch or slightly visible stain in the room that was left by previous guests (or maids during their work) I understand that the hotel just wants to secure themselves from some barbarians, but I believe there should be some other ways to do it (possibly?) Except for this tiny moment, our stay was really enjoyable here :)

On the walking distance (15 min) to heart of the city center and beach. A lot of shops, and restaurants around. Ideal hotel for short stays and backpackers. Room was cleaned well, beds were quite comfortable, and the shower amenities smells well. Breakfast was totally worth it, even tho there weren't too many options, but everything offered was really delicious.

AC didn't work, so it was a bit too warm in the room. Walls are quite thin, so you are able to hear a noise from neighboring rooms. Not so sure if it's ideal hotel for long stays, because the rooms are small. If you are traveling with a lot of luggages it could be a problem. However, I stayed only over the weekend with backpack, so I didn't have issues with it. But in overal I'm satisfied with my staying in this hotel.

It was air conditioned, the breakfast was nice each morning and the staff were all lovely and very helpful. Definitely good value for price.

The hotel is located at the top of Alicante so it’s easy to walk down but quite a trek uphill back to the hotel at the end of the day/night, so just plan when you’re gonna go back as you won’t wanna do it more than about twice a day. The water from the bathroom taps is lukewarm at its coolest and not very pleasant to drink but there is a bottle of water in the room that staff at reception will refill with very cold water. The air con for the whole hotel stopped working on our last night (we got back around 10/11 and our room didn’t cool down from 27C) but they got someone to fix it within a few hours. If we hadn’t been getting an early flight the next morning we would’ve just gone back out to a bar so it wouldn’t have been a big deal.

It’s really close to the center, everything is in walking distance. Hotel looks nice and clean, staff very kind, breakfast had multiple options. We received a free upgrade to a better room, thanks a lot! Bed was also very comfortable!

The economy room which we booked originally is so small that you can’t even move around the bed there. After free upgrade we got a bigger one where still it felt a bit weird as the small balcony is almost on the ground floor and it was always dark. It was fine for us for one night. Room isolation is very poor, you hear everything from neighbors.
