Location wise its good, from different parts of Alicante walking back to the house its max 23 mins which isnt bad at all. It is also close to bus / tram stations! The place itself is also really pretty with wooden features and patterned floors. I stayed in room 12 originally and it was very spacious and comfortable. Had a small incident and the owner was very attentive and responsive and dealt with our problem right away which i really really appreciated - which we then moved to room 11, it is smaller but as we spend most of our time outside we didny really mind as it is all very clean and comfortable to stay at. Theres air conditioning, fridge, shampoo, shower gel and towels which is great. Saw people mentioning not having a place to put stuff while showering but tbh you can definitely make it work and it wasnt a problem at all- we just placed them on top of the shower and on the floor. Also the process of going into the property was very easy and hassle free. Very straightforward! We were also able to store our luggages in the storage room they had which is very helpful as our fights are very early and very late. I whatsapped the owner when i had any problems or questions and he was very good at responding and providing what we needed. I saw someone complaining about WiFi in the previous reviews but for us it wasnt a problem. In both the rooms we stayed at it worked very well.

something to keep in mind is that ure going to be walking upwards as the roads are abit slanted but i think its not that much of a problem but something to be note of x Something else to note is that they dont clean the rooms everyday if this is what youre expecting but you can probably text as ask them more about it? - for us we actually liked that they didnt come in and clean cuz for us we felt like its more safe and private this way. But just something to know if you are not expecting that

The courtyard was beautiful, flat was clean and well prepared. Host had exceptional communication and very welcoming. Duplex was extremely cute - fixtures and decorations were very well thought out. Flat provided with hairdryer, kettle, microwave, some tea for the morning, towels and linen. There is no stove. We had a room with a small balcony that had the sun shining on it all day and chairs we were able to take a seat on to soak up the rays. Aircon/heater, TV and nice lighting. Location next door to train station, within 20mins walk of main centre, there is a shop less than 1min walk away, a bakery and a bar that was quite lively with good reviews. I would defo recommend a stay here, the flat is very calming and has everything you need for your stay.

The following points are for other guests as extra information - in no way did the following have a negative impact on our stay - just things to be mindful of: Hot water is from a tank which runs out if used too long, so be mindful of shower time. The street the property is on, and the echo from the hallway/courtyard can be a little loud especially when people are on the way home at night time... but the windows do block out a lot of noise!! The stairs are quite steep to the sleeping area, so be careful.

a bit expensive, there were some ants in the room, the kitchen could be improved with things like a knife and cutting board, bowls

V.clean & quiet.A 10/15 walk to centre ...near taxis & Renfe ....Shops in area were v.good & lovely cafeterias in area .....Glad I booked out of centre of Alicante.because of noise & prices are higher.People where I stayed were v.helpful & friendly.Adam,himself was super friendly & helpful ....He helped supply taxi no's for me.

Loved the Moroccan style through out the appartments but would be v.careful because of stairs but then again lots of steps etc in Alicante.Had a great time there & would definitely return.🙂☘️

Adam was incredibly accommodating with an early check-in and kept us informed the whole way through. I only had to message once for a tiny issue and he immediately sorted it. The studio and complex were beautifully laid out and very well situated. Los Molinos around the corner serves great beer and plays amazing music if you're a Sabbath fan!! Would absolutely stay again. A comfortable room, with all facilities we need: cozy bathroom, very useful kitchen with microwave, electric kettler, fridge and kitchen tools. Comfortable bed. A quiet street, so we can relax after an eventful day. Perfect location, within 7-10 minutes walk, we can reach the tram station, train station, and bus station, which is perfect for people using public communication. And finally helpful and polite owner, with whom there is fantastic contact.

It was such a beautiful place to stay! The architecture was so beautiful the tiles door arches doors! The little quart yard in the middle of all the apartment! Gorgeous. It was so close to the train station. Adam was also so responsive and flexible!

For the location, at night for two girls staying there it was a little dark walking back. Other than that it was great a little far walk from the center city but you get your steps in!

Amazing Adam, the Manager or Owner. He is one of the kindest host I have ever encountered in my travelling experience. I could check in early, the communication for the self check in was perfect. And he is always available if issues may occur. Plus there is also someone in loco, also a very kind person. The location is great. just behind the train station (6 minutes slow walk) and walking distance to the old town, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. The beach is about 20 minutes walk and around the corner there is a supermarket... literally around the corner. The Casa Morisca has been decorated with lots of love and taste. It was very clean and comfortable.

The only little note is that the walls are a little thin and if your neighbors don't understand the basic rules of respect, you might have an upstairs one that walks around like an elephant and smashes things on the floor at 3am (that was my bad luck). If they understand these basic rules, you still hear, but not as if the elephant is about to drop down in your room :-)

Adam was the best host who could happen to us. Our campervan got broken and so we stayed at his room. Adam was very motivated to help us in our situation, he even went to a car shop and to a repairing garage for us. He is very kind and caring and always looking for a solution when there is a problem. We are forever thankful to him! The room we stayed in was very cute and extremely clean. The house itself is very pretty, especially the courtyard which you can see through the window of the room. Adam is always available and very fast at answering messages. Thank you so much for the great stay, Adam!
