There are only a few cafes/restaurants nearby. However, the hotel`s lounge/restaurant is quite pleasant - especially when you are tired after your flight!

The hotel itself is good! Location is also not bad - close to the center and Alicante signature promenade, close to tram station to go the beach San Juan. Nearby beach Playa del Postiguet is within 15 min walk, but this beach has water dirty from he sand and full of seaweed. San Juan Beach has clean water and is much better, even though it is about 30 min of journey by Tram. I liked the breakfast in the hotel. Last day I could not have breakfast at the time it is offered, so the staff packed for me some food to go. There was a safebox in the room, as well as tea cooker and tea and coffee itself.

I requested the massage, advertised on the hotel web site, and it is total nonsense. First of all, the massage is done in the room, there is no dedicated space in the hotel for this service. Second, I requested lymphatic massage, and it was a joke. The masseuse just lightly touched my skin, I doubt there was any effect from that. I know what lymphatic massage is, and it is definitely not that. It was a waste of time and money.

We experienced the nationwide power outage due to a cyber attack. We had checked out that morning and we found ourselves stranded without cash in euros without access to ATM without access to phones or the internet. The hotel receptionist really could not care less. Apparently, we weren't "guests". No help offered, not even when we asked to exchange a £20 to euros so that we can catch the airport bus. As a retired hotelier myself with professional experience in hotels over 40 years, I was hugely disappointed. The rest of the stay was good but in the critical moment we were practically ignored.

We've spent two nights in total in this hotel on two different occasions. The first time, as we were first-time guests, they upgraded our room to a junior suite for free. That was very nice. The Junior Suite room was great with a lot of space and great facilities. On the other night, we did not receive an upgrade and slept in a Double or Twin room, standard one - it was also a nice room but obviously significantly smaller. A/C worked perfectly well, and everything was clean. The bed was ok, but the pillows are quite bulky. If you prefer flat pillows, you can't get them there. It was silent during our stay, but I would say it was simply because we came off-season.

Instead of a normal shower cabin that would offer much more space, they have bathtubs. But that is simply a preference, don't take it as a bad thing. Breakfast wasn't the best. That's a bigger problem. I'd say that bad even. One absolutely DISGUSTING THING WAS SUGAR IN MUSLI. I can't believe it, but musli was mixed with white sugar. If you like cereals in the morning, then it's not a place for you. Garage space is absolutely insane. I have never ever, and I've travelled by car across half of Europe at least, parked in a tighter spot. The garage itself is extremely tight. Our rented Citroen C4 (2024) has barely fit in its corridors. LITERALLY millimetre driving in this one, so look out with any car bigger than a Mini or Smart. Nightmare.

staff - the girl from the reception was awesome, had a great attitude, was smiling even at 3 in the morning, and felt very welcoming. room - clean, big, the bed was comfy, we felt very comfortable there. we also asked in advance for an iron - and it was already in the room when we got there. it was also very nice that in the hotel lobby during the day there were also green apples and water with ice and lemon - just perfect after a day at a beach.

that we didn't opt for breakfast to try also that - left feeling curious about how would have been also the breakfast experience.

The breakfast was really nice, with variety of food and drinks! The location was very good, about 10-12 min walking to the central area. The room was very spacious and the bed super big! The staff is very polite!

The convenience of being in a residential area so very reasonable homely Cafes and bars and halfway between the shopping area and the tourist area

We were two single women travelling together, there was a hairdryer in the bathroom which was one of those stupid hold the button in hairdryers that are useless for styling your hair. We both took our own hairdryers but there wasn’t a single mirror in the bedroom area, which made it quite inconvenient to get ready together, and actually try and blow dry our hair. I highly recommend putting a full length mirror at the side of the desk, plenty of space and next to a plug socket.

The hotel location is good. There is a supermarket opposite. We had an apartment on the 8th floor in the corner, overlooking the Castillo de Santa Barbara, so we watched a cold fire show every day. We could go out to the large terrace from the bedroom, bathroom and living room because each room had large terrace windows. If someone is going to a week-long summer festival and wants to be at least a little out of the way, the hotel will provide less music noise from the street. If someone likes Spanish meats, cheese and fruit, you can change your breakfast every day and you won't get bored. At home we usually eat the same things and a week of eating the same meats will satisfy our needs. The restaurant is cozy. Very nice service. The apartment was cleaned every day and towels were changed. Added coffee capsules and milk. A kettle, coffee and tea service are available. Fridge with drinks.

Room was nice and clean. Location is also quite good. It is 10-15 min by walk to the centre. Staff was very friendly and polite.

Hotel claims that they have EV charger but there was only one and it was occupied even I booked it in advance. Receptionist lady was so kind and tried to solve it. She called our room couple of hours later to inform that charger is available. Sauna and Turkish bath is constructed just to be able to say that they have it. I don’t think anybody use it as it is extremely small.

A not bad hotel, not far from the Alicante promenade. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the tube and hot water is perfect. I loved the Turkish bath (steam sauna). However the room equipment is poor , there is a noisy bar front of the hotel , you can hear it until midnight. Also there is no dinner and room service during the weekend . Pity that actually there is no real changing room for the saunas , you have to go there with no dress, but they not give bathrobe
