Very friendly staff, perfect location to discover Alicante, everything was easily accessible. When we ran out of something, it was immediately replaced. The apartment was quite spacious although based on the pictures it was not visible that everything is in one space but the bathroom.

It might have been only us, but the garbage disposal is placed right under the apartment and when the van arrived during the night to take away the garbage, it was really noisy and we always woke up to it.

The staff was super kind, always keen to help and give us tips about the city. The place is well located, many restaurants nearby. There is a 24/7 supermarket literally crossing the street and a big Mercadona one block away. Shopping stores and malls are also some minutes away. The place itself was clean and had everything you could need for a 10-day stay.

Nice facilities, very clean with a privileged location, walking distance from major locations. Staff was courteous and ready to help. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area, pharmacy and supermarket across the street.

Be mindful of the location of the TV in the bedroom as you may hit your head with it.

Really great place to stay in. The apartment is spacious and has all required facilities. It was cleaned and towels were changed several times which we really appreciate. Another big adventage was a great view - on the small park. Our doughter enjoyed a lot the playroom (part of a common place in Color Suites).

Location is perfect. Few minutes walk to the see promenade. Very clean facilities. Easy check-in, good instructions. The girl at the reception is great, very polite and helpful. You get complimentary coffee, tea and water when you arrive. Would recommend it.

Location is FANTASTIC, a nice square downstairs where your children can play until the evening and with a nice quiet bar/cafeteria. 24/7 supermarket downstairs, many nice restaurants in the close neighbourhood. Close to the port, bus stop to the airport also very close, as well as shopping streets. Quiet place, but in an awesome location. Staff was nice too.

They could add some little wardrobe in bedroom.

I didn't like how we had to pay first in a link outside the platform. If they already have my card for the booking then they already have a guarantee of payment. I had no guarantee when blindly putting my credit card information in a link sent via email. Every single property listed here manages to 'take this risk' in a more fair way, and not putting it 100% on the customer.

the host was reachable by mail or phone the location was very good for me the air conditioning was good the lighting was good the place was spacious

an ironing board would have been nice explanations how to use cooker etc there was some work noise but it was not so loud so acceptalble

Very nice apartments, great location close to everything, close to tram and train station , close to the coast and shopping areas. Excellent cleaning, fast check-in - out. Special thanks to arisel and covadonga for their cooperation with us, especially lending us their bus card. Super recommended.

The only bad thing windows do not effectively isolate outside sound.
