It’s a relatively big place with all necessary facilities one might require. Most of the staff is happy to help to most of the requests.

The property is a little outdated and requires and bit of maintenance. sockets were falling out of walls and the furniture in the rooms is pretty used. the swimming pool of its size might be fun only for the kids, however, it can be seen from the pictures. the swimming pool should have extended working hours as well. 10:00 to 20:00 is no good.

Location is easy to find right along the main road on the coast. It was a bit difficult to figure out where to park the car at first.

Cost of the breakfast was a bit high

Nice rooftop pool. The room was clean and modern. I liked the jacuzzi and enjoyed the little fitness area. Location is convenient.

Bathroom door provides for little privacy. Also the sink is kind of small. 15 min walk away from the center. Gym was very small (max 2-3 people at the same time) and no towels provided most of the times.

Breakfast was great , the pool area was lovely , the bar and the evening food was great , staff were very helpful .

Breakfast only being served till 10.30 , ideally to be served till 11 am especially on a Saturday and Sunday . Room service was very disappointing , the kitchen wasn’t always open and I ordered a toast beef sandwich and it was delivered to my room in a brown paper bag and it was a sandwich in a brown triangle box same as you would buy in a service station , I was beyond shocked . Never have I stayed in a hotel of that standard and been served anything like that before . The bread was dry and stale and it cost €10 was definitely not good value.

Good clean hotel with helpful staff. The roof top pool and bar are especially lovely.

Much further from the bars and restaurants than we expected. Also some confusion with the booking as it had been advertised with breakfast but when we arrived we had to pay extra for that.

Underground car park too small, they should warn people as my car Audi A8 got stuck and damaged and we had to reverse out.

Clean, tidy rooms. Staff was a bit grumpy, but not rude. Missed typical continental breakfast items like scrambled or fried eggs but other than that good. What I hates was enjoying the sun in the pool when suddenly bunch of people came and had a photoshoot, without asking if I am fine with being in the background. I was definitely not, as I was in the swimsuit and not looking for some strangers taking photos. Staff was useless as they just replied couple of hours later with “they have left now”. The worst part - staff just said they were not taking pictures of the guests. Umm. Excuse me, I was there, so I think I know better. So yeah, hotel itself was good but the attitude towards guests wanting to wind down - could be better.

The property is modern, clean and contemporary design. Room was comfortable with a wide range of products for everything you may neeed inc an espresso coffee machine Rooftop pool was open unlike a hotel we had stayed at during the same week in Valencia.

The property is approx half a mile from the marina and over amile from the main beach. The central area where most reasaurants and bars are is about amile form the property. it is not central to most attractions and facilities. To visit the old town and castle would be an even longer walk. The staff on reception were efficient but not especially welcoming. Perhaps a few smiles would help.
