Location was perfect for us. Close to restaurants, within a short walk, the marina & the beach. The size of the room meet our needs, appreciated the daily cleaning & the provision of fresh water daily.

The lack of staff service poolside was unsatisfactory. We had to phone for our order to be taken, no spontaneity regarding food or drinks. Frozen drinks were often melting & food was not piping hot when received. There were no parasols to provide shade, therefore we sat for a shorter period of time than usual due to the heat & the lack of hospitality provided poolside. There is a significant lack of English speaking channels on the TV. I recognise this is not a major issue but it is irritating to have such a limited choice of channels, especially when stuck in our room during torrential rain.

It’s a relatively big place with all necessary facilities one might require. Most of the staff is happy to help to most of the requests.

The property is a little outdated and requires and bit of maintenance. sockets were falling out of walls and the furniture in the rooms is pretty used. the swimming pool of its size might be fun only for the kids, however, it can be seen from the pictures. the swimming pool should have extended working hours as well. 10:00 to 20:00 is no good.

Location is easy to find right along the main road on the coast. It was a bit difficult to figure out where to park the car at first.

Cost of the breakfast was a bit high

Very comfortable stay, the location was excellent for us, close to the train and bus station. An easy walk into Alicante Old Town and Marina. We stayed during the Spanish Blackout and the staff coped superbly.

Nice rooftop pool. The room was clean and modern. I liked the jacuzzi and enjoyed the little fitness area. Location is convenient.

Bathroom door provides for little privacy. Also the sink is kind of small. 15 min walk away from the center. Gym was very small (max 2-3 people at the same time) and no towels provided most of the times.

Breakfast was great , the pool area was lovely , the bar and the evening food was great , staff were very helpful .

Breakfast only being served till 10.30 , ideally to be served till 11 am especially on a Saturday and Sunday . Room service was very disappointing , the kitchen wasn’t always open and I ordered a toast beef sandwich and it was delivered to my room in a brown paper bag and it was a sandwich in a brown triangle box same as you would buy in a service station , I was beyond shocked . Never have I stayed in a hotel of that standard and been served anything like that before . The bread was dry and stale and it cost €10 was definitely not good value.

Good location, friendly staff, immaculate, good food excellent stay

Good clean hotel with helpful staff. The roof top pool and bar are especially lovely.

Much further from the bars and restaurants than we expected. Also some confusion with the booking as it had been advertised with breakfast but when we arrived we had to pay extra for that.

The bed and pillows were comfortable - 25 mins walk from the beach & restaurants - very big rooms with a big bath tub and working Air conditioner - polite staff - the hotel looks very modern and pretty on the eyes - the rooftop pool wasn’t the biggest but it was nice with plenty of sun beds around it and a bar near by - it’s nice that the spa area is free to use (jacuzzi and sauna/steam room and gym).

Restaurant was a bit expensive (for 2 meals and 2 starters and 1 water we paid €71) — I didn’t mind the 25 mins walk to the beach but my partners feet were hurting him from the walk.
