2 minutes walk to everything. At foot of castle in the Old Town. Very quiet and only minutes walk from restaurants and tavernas. Beautiful views from rooftop seating and sunbathing areas. Ice cold water and coffee available without need to return to apartment. Room cleaned every few days, buns replaced, cold water in fridge, sparkling wine, milk, sweets, soap, shower gel, etc etc. We've never been where EVERYTHING was there for our arrival. Modern amenities, easy access to room via lift, all felt very private and safe. Cleaning ladies did an excellent job as did Akram when we had any questions.

We stayed for 2 weeks and would be perfectly delighted to go back for another 2 weeks. Everything was more than we expected.

Great little apartment, only got in by accident as the lady cleaning the place opened the door. Microwave, toaster, kettle brilliant, Bed ok'ish (mattress has springs so a little uncomfortable) Location is ok if you like walking uo an hill. In the winter this was great however in the summer I wonder if you could survive the heat with no plunge pool or hot tub to dive into. Its quirky, different, cheap would I sat again probably not but for my reasons rather than issues with the place.

We asked to change room which was agreed prior to arrival but never happened, Nobody greeted you, saw you or checked you out, it was by accident the cleaner gave us keys to our room. No international TV, you can enter your credentials for Amazon and Netflix etc but the internet is patchy so 2 nights we couldn't watch anything, no wifi connection details in the room so had to message to get details etc. last point we stayed on the forth floor and it has a private lift however that same private lift is to the communal roof terrace which does get noisy and you can be seen

Lovely studio, well fitted out, spotlessly clean and in a great location. The roof terrace was an added bonus.

The location, terrace, utilities were fantastic. Akram communicated clearly and was always available if we needed him. We came to flat not needing any additional amenities. Complementary milk, tea, coffee, fruits and a bottle of cava were all made available to us. The shared terrace is great as well, fantastic views of the city and sea.

Loud party took place where one group occupied the entire terrace. If someone's playing music, it can be heard across the apartments - this isn't really the property manager's fault. But flagging that it could happen. Worth flagging that the toilet and shower are built into the space, not in a separate room.

Apartment was very spacious and all the little touches were amazing, such as the coffee machine. The bed was massive and really comfortable. We loved the roof terrace and spent a lot of time on there soaking up the sun and having a glass of wine. Apartment was cleaned during the week and the staff did a lovely job. Location was fantastic as it is a short walk to the beach and close to loads of bars and restaurants.

My daughter and I had a great few days in Alicante and found the apartment to be a perfect place to stay. We were in the queen deluxe apartment. Located in the old town it was convenient to walk around the city. We enjoyed the terrace sun beds, table and chairs and found the facilities in the apartment to be well thought out with everything we needed. The bottle of fizz, snacks, tea and coffee etc were a very welcome and thoughtful touch. It was also great to have access to filtered water- no more carrying heavy bottles back from the supermarket! Akram was so helpful; meeting us on arrival and taking care of our bags after check out. All the staff we met were lovely! The lift straight to the apartments is a clever design and the roof terrace was a bonus. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Alicante.

The only negative was a slight drain smell on occasions but I think that is a feature of being in the old town - not a big issue.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Evolution Luxury Apartment in Alicante and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The room and facilities were superb, offering both comfort and convenience throughout my stay. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room's design and amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. From the cozy bed to the modern bathroom, everything exceeded my expectations. Moreover, I want to commend our port of contact, Akram, for his exceptional hospitality and assistance during our stay. He was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant experience. Overall, I highly recommend the Apartment in Alicante for anyone looking for a top-notch accommodation experience. It truly made our visit to Alicante memorable and enjoyable.

The apartment was very modern with good facilities, liked the welcome packs was nice to see fruit, cake milk and drinks and shower gel, as well as the slippers. Outside furniture nice and clean on balcony.

It was such a shame as the apartment was very nice but the view from our balcony was not, looking at solar panels, heating tanks and what looked like a building yard. Outside BBQ was very rusty and would not have liked to cook on it

The location is great, it’s a short walk from the front and the main city area as well as the old town and the castle. Despite this, it’s quiet at night and feels about two streets away from any noise so it’s lovely. It’s a 6 minute walk from the tram station and from the bus stop for the airport (mecardo stop) The staff are lovely and smiley, they communicate through the booking app to establish when you plan to arrive and were waiting when we got there to show us around and anything else you need they respond quickly on the app, for example we left our bags there after check out. The facilities are great, all clean and each one goes above basic, there is a TV which has Netflix, not that we spent time watching TV but it was luxury for us. The showers are great, coffee machine which makes lovely coffee, complimentary drinks and snacks to get you set up eg some fizz and milk in the fridge. We had our own balcony which was lovely although we visited the shared one and it was always empty and large enough for multiple people. Really lovely stay.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures, beautifully decorated in dark colors offering a very relaxing space. The kitchen is well equipped and ideal for some self catering. The outside roof terrace is perfect for relaxing in the sunshine. The location in the old town is perfect for visiting the city or the beach on foot. Access to and from the Airport by public bus is easy and costs about 4 euro each way. It's a 6/8 minute walk from the bus stop to the apartment.

The view from it is a bit disappointing, overlooking the roofs of the buildings on the other side of he street.
