Spotlessly clean, very quite when windows are closed. Bed was very comfortable . Great location, only 6 min walk from the bus stop. Staff on check in desk (across the street)were lovely and very helpful . We checked in our bags as we were early. We chose to have breakfast on the roof terrace, which is lovely, great breakfast and only €7.50 each. Highly recommend .

Excellent location for beach and restaurants but still quiet at night. Lots of choice at breakfast but don’t expect a fry up! Lovely fresh fruit salad and fresh rolls. Lots of pastries. Cleaners came in and did a great job everyday. Very modern and fresh. We really enjoyed the hotel and would definitely stay again. Excellent spacious showers and good products. Lovely to have a fridge so you could keep your drinks cold and buy some fresh milk for a decent cuppa!

You can hear the other rooms around you as the doors slam if you don’t shut them carefully. Footsteps and furniture movement is quite loud but with considerate visitors it’s fine. Don’t imagine you are getting a balcony that you can sit on as this is a city hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff. The location is quiet but so convenient to all the sights, beach, paseo and restaurants. We loved the buffet breakfast with plenty of hot food, fruits yoghurts, cereal and as many coffees as you want. It was served on the beautiful plaza in front of the Basilica Santa Maria. Our room was modern, tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable with a great shower. The facade of the building was old style.and que bonita! We were lucky enough to have a huge terrace to relax and eat. The room also included a fridge and kettle. The hotel provides very handy changing rooms and showers for late departures. The hotel was amazing and we loved our stay there.

A small detail: The hooks for the towels don't work but we loved our stay. Highly recommended.

EVERYTHING was so good!! Staff was super friendly and thoughtfull. Breakfast was nice! Location was so good close to almost all highlights of allicante (literally next to the Sant Maria). Also all the nice bars, restaurants,public transport, supermarket were within 5-10 mins walking distance from the hotel. The property is in a quaint, slightly hilly street in the old part of town. The room was quite a good size with a Juliet balcony facing the street and nearby to an old church (with a loud bell). Good facilities including a fridge, kettle, mugs and a Tassimo coffee maker. A few teabags and two coffee capsules were provided but if you drink a lot, like us, recommend bringing your own along with some milk ! We stayed at Christmas and it was chilly in Alicante, especially in the evenings. Heating was easy to adjust and you could turn it up so it was very warm and cosy. Big walk-in shower, also nice and hot if required. Great breakfast selection, a bit crowded in the area but plenty of room on the roof terrace outside.....fine I would imagine when not so cold outside. Service was very good, always a friendly welcome and when we had a small problem with the heating they responded immediately.

The rooftop terrace was a nice place to be and in the evening there was music playing and you could also order food......dinner I think. There were heaters up there but in the morning during breakfast these were turned off. I think more people would use this outside space had it been warmer and this would have prevented overcrowding in the immediate breakfast area. I'm sure it is completely different in the spring and summer.

Everything was perfect in this accomodation. Clean, modern, great location. Bed was comfy and room was cleaned everyday. Location very central, very close to the bus stop to/ from airport and next to the church. Hotels rooftop bar was also great experience, nice views and good drinks! I got excellent customer service from all aff the staff I met, thank you for that.

Only thing I did miss in my room was manual for the coffee maker and at least one water and/or wine glass would be nice.

It was quite a good veriety of food and the morning sun with the ambiance of the surroundings is just the right combination for early morning. Bed is quite comfortable.

lack of advertising about their breakfast and dinner to non registered guests....it such a beautiful foor top setting that must be seen. The temperature of the room is not so easy to control inspite of the remote!

Perfect location to explore the centre of Alicante next to the busiest main city streets with plenty of shops and restaurants and vibrant night atmosphere of the city but still in a quiet small street overviewing the Santa Maria Church. Stuff is taking care of both the apartments and the hotel Millagrosa rooms across the street and very helpful with all kind of helpful information about parking and luggage storage room A great plus was the changing room with shower that allows to leave fresh to the airport if having a late flight or an early arrival..

The location was excellent! Only a short walk to the Marina in one direction, the town centre in another direction and the Santa Barbara Castle close by. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the room was very comfortable. The room was just about the right size for us as a couple, and the shower/bathroom was very good, and the window balcony was very nice to have. We felt safe and secure being in a private access building opposite to the main reception.

The room was not sparkling clean and looked like there had been some damage to the skirting boards in the past. Nothing that caused any issues, but can tell by looking at it. The breakfast was pretty good, but there were some odd choices of hot food. There was a rice dish one morning, and a warm vegetable salad another. but that was only one aspect of a large choice of Breakfast.

Great location in the heart of the old town and close to the marina. Good room v41 with good shower and very comfortable beds with the added attraction of an extremely large balcony to be able to sit out on. We also had a small kitchen area with coffee and team making facilities and a working fridge.

My minor complaint would be the actual room was angular and a little tight for space just around the bed area.
