The location is perfect—the beach is relatively close, restaurants and a grocery store are conveniently nearby. The apartment itself is well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, from kitchen essentials to cozy furnishings. The area is noisy at nights because of bars, making it an ideal spot for a vacation for young travelers, not those needening a rest at night.

The location is superb. Right in the centre of old town, with bars literally on your door step. Can be a bit loud for families, but for younger groups is perfect. Nothing a good pair of ear defenders can't sort out.

A map showing where to collect the keys from where the apartment is would have been handy as it's only around the corner, but if you don't know the location can be a bit frustrating. Considerably loud at night with late night bars literally outside your doorstep & bin men emptying bins at 1.30AM.

This property is slap bang in the heart of the old town and was a fantastic location for the Festival de San Juan. You have to be prepared to deal with a bit of noise on festival nights but that is what you are there for. Its a big apartment, with good size bedrooms and beds, two showers and fabulous air con. Plenty of space for everyone. We didn't use the kitchen as we were eating out but everything looked OK.

2 bedroom Apartment was good size,3 balconies,2 bathrooms & living area with more than adequate kitchen.Location excellent.Had an issue when 1st arrived was put right straight away by the friendly staff on 24hr reception.Would stay again.

The apartment was well located for all the amenities,and to get to places.was very spacious clean and with the terrace and roof terrace for extra sun was very good..good value for money.

Great location, comfortable , clean and just in the centre . Amazing 10 days in Alicante . Host even ordered taxi back for us at great price which was very comfortable.

It was close to the loud bar but it’s difficult to avoid if you want to be in the central location. It was not a problem for us as I was travelling with friends and went out a lot but for family with small children might be too loud over the weekend

The location in the old town was great - a wonderful cafe called Coffee Madness round the corner which was fab for breakfast and amazing coffees. The apartment had everything you needed, lovely and clean and Juliette balconies with a line to peg up wet towels and swimming costumes.

The apartment is above a street with a lot of nightclubs. It is quite well soundproofed but ear plugs helped block it out completely.

Nice apartment, very well located, just in the center. Easy and comfortable check-in, maybe a bit difficult to find the apartment itself.

Kitchen - very simply equipment and no salt nor pepper, olive oil - nothing. I would expect to have some basics available.

The apparent was spacious, clean and in a fantastic location. The roof terrace was amazing with the comfy outdoor seating area and loungers.
