Everything was super!!!

Location, comfort cleanliness and very good staff

Parking is stated but it is offsite 300m away and cost Euro 30 for less than a day so adds to price. You can offload bags and then park but I was looking for on site parking.

Very nice staff, comfortable and quiet room in the upper floors, good breakfast, perfectly located in order to reach everything within walking range. Many restaurants and the beach close by.

Toilet brush missing - a strange feature in many hotels in Spain. Although I put the sign "Do not disturb" in order to avoid cleaning not required for a two-night stay, the room was cleaned - and the used towels that hung were taken away. Thus I had to use new ones. It doesn´t make sense that the hotel invites to support sustainability when the own staff doesn´t live this concept.

From checking in to checking out we thought that the reception staff were brilliant - welcoming, friendly, efficient. The hotel location, in a nice square, was excellent. It was only about 150 metres from the airport bus stop and seafront. There were good views of the castle from the rooftop terrace. Additionally, there were lots of restaurants and bars nearby and a small supermarket across the square. The room was a good size and the bed was really comfortable, leading to a good night's sleep. A large bathroom with a large shower added to the spacious feel. We were able to store luggage after checking out until we needed to leave Alicante later in the day.

Nice hotel in a great location in the main old Town Hall Square, just a few minutes from the sea. Extra-wide bed with good walk-in shower, fridge, kettle, TV with some BBC channels and good WiFi. Balcony with street view. Excellent breakfast with a great choice of prepared fruit, charcuterie, cheeses and pastries. Airport bus (C6) stops on the front nearby, and there is also a taxi rank. Great little restaurant across the square (Plaza 2) as well as a supermarket. Also good restaurant nearby (El Gusto del Gourmet) - try the mussels in cream sauce!

A nice hotel and a pleasant stay in Alicante - no real criticisms!

Enjoyable short Christmas break. Good location to seafront and restaurants. Good standard hotel, friendly staff. Only criticism of location was music playing outside hotel until midnight, which was out of the hands of the hotel.

Amazing stay – highly recommended! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The room was amazing – stylish, clean, and had a balcony with a great view. The location is perfect – everything is just a short walk away. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They even stored our luggage after check-out, which was very convenient. The hotel is beautiful and worth every cent. Don’t hesitate – book with confidence!

Location close to restaurants , museums , beach , helpful friendly all staff from desk , breakfast and cleaners . Breakfast great selection fruit juice , breads croissants cold and hot food , plenty of space , large room and walk-in shower ,great views off balcony .

Sun only on balcony morning so didn’t use as too cold pm ( maybe summer would be ) . Odd layout in room, wardrobe opened in corridor by door would be easier to open other side in bedroom , chairs in breakfast room pretty but not comfy ,

The hotel has a perfect location. It is in a walking distance to the city center, shopping streets, area with restaurants and bars, promenade and sandy sea beach. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and suportive.

Not too much. We didn't have a good view, just seeing a building in front if us. The breakfast was a bit unvaried. It was difficult to find a place to park a rent a car that we had booked.

The hotel is centrally located in a courtyard opposite the town hall. It is a two minute walk to the beach in one direction and the old town in the other. We had a fifth floor room overlooking the square. Marvelous view up to the Cathedral and mountains. Room was modern and spacious, immaculately clean. We stayed for a week and each day on our return was like coming in to a brand new room. Well worth the stay, really enjoyed the city and surrounding area.
