The location is great: near the city centre, the central market, a park, and public transport stops. You can check in and out outside the business hours. The room was clean. The bed was extremely comfy.
One of the most annoying shower taps I've ever encountered. The water stops flowing after a few seconds since you push the handle. You need to push it constantly while taking a shower, or you need to keep it pushed with one hand while washing yourself with your other hand. In both cases, you get out of the shower irritated. Maybe there was a non-obvious way how to do it differently but I was not aware of it. It gets even more ridiculous, taking into account that the washbasin tap with similar construction, on the contrary, would stop water flow only after a couple of minutes, long after you'd already washed your hands.

Clean place, with curtains on the bed. It is generally quiet also. Well located, everything is close by.
No hostel vibe, I spent 3 days there and I have never seen 1 member of staff. Does seem to be just a sleeping place with a cleaning service.

Good hostel, good locations, friendly people (although I haven't actually met anyone) My flight came in late but I got self check in instructions and got in after 1am. About 10 minutes walk to the beach. Clean, spacious, fast internet, easy to find, no problems.

I shared a mixed room with 3 other people but it was interesting how we never actually met up in the room. The bed is comfortable and spacious, it's one of the biggest I've ever seen in the hostel. You totally feel comfortable in your own bed, you can even sit on the bed without your head touching the ceiling. The facilities were always clean, it was never crowded (even though, from what I understood during the booking, the hostel is popular and fully booked) and had enough showers to accommodate everyone. The common room and kitchen were also tidy and spacious, even though the entire hostel is pretty compact and is located on one floor. The location is superb, two minutes walking from the Central Market, so everything is really close by: the beach is 10m walk, the bus stop for the airport is 2m walk, the train station is 15m walk away.
I never noticed any staff at the reception (I arrived at Sunday night and left the Tuesday morning). So I checked in and checked out without any people present. While everything worked smoothly and there's a list of the phone numbers you can call during the night, I didn't feel entirely comfortable knowing no one was there from the staff.

Good location, cleanliness, price, strong WiFi signal. Overall great value for the money and highly recommended.
The kitchen is pretty basic, which maybe the reason why it feels clean. There was someone's 6-pack of eggs on the counter with only two eggs left, as well as some leftover pasta in the free food box. I am seriously curious how those consumed eggs and pasta had been cooked, given that there are no cooking appliances but a kettle and a microwave. Towels are provided at an extra charge, which would be alright if it had been explained in advance. Borrowing it antes de la madrugada may be a challenge, as the staff is asleep and won't respond fast. Had . Everything is quite automated to the extent that people in actual charge may be impossible to see.

What truly stands out in this place is the exceptional cleanliness. I genuinely appreciated the owners’ thoughtful approach to maintaining such high standards—especially important when sharing space with many other guests. Hands down, well done. The facilities are well-maintained overall. I really liked the common area, and there's even a small washing space for hand-washing delicates, which is a nice touch. I also never even once had to queue for the bathroom facilities. Believe me when I say it counts when in Alicante counting 37°C+ degrees. The room itself was comfortable, with cozy beds and decently sized cupboards. I especially appreciated the addition of hooks to hang towels or other items—such a simple yet practical detail. The staff were also very kind and helpful. On the day of checkout, I had to run some errands and ended up in a situation where I couldn’t return before the designated time. I had already freed up the bed and returned the key, but still had some belongings left behind. The owners were very understanding and allowed me to access the property again without making a fuss. I really appreciated that flexibility. The hostel is also in a great location—you’ll find everything you need within a 5–10 minute walk.

Good location, clean facilities, plenty of bathrooms and showers. The common area was good, well equipped kitchen and coin operated laundry. Check in was self service, no staff on the property but responsive via phone.
The top bunk was very hard to access; the ladder to get up there was metal, and there was also a metal handle to hold on to that was hard to grip, and no other handles. The lockers for personal items had difficult latches on the side of the lockers, not the front! Hard to attach a lock (not provided).

Very central, friendly and helpful staff, spacious room (I had the double room). They rent beach towels and lockers and are well equipped. Check-in and -out works easy with codes if the staff is not there. You can reach them 24/7 via WhatsApp and they're super responsive.
It can get noisy, when the neighbours came home it almost felt like they slammed my door and not theirs.. Also if you want daylight and have your curtains open, the people in the street can look inside your room Other than that I can't complain.

Everything. So clean, well kept and professional friendly staff. If I had 2 small issues they were the push button showers and hot temperatures of the 10bed mixed dorm. Both are somewhat expected, and were not deal breakers, but if the AC could be on more frequently that would have been a big plus. Overall a great place!!

The hostel is in a great location. Just next to the old town, a short walk to the beach, marina and esplanade. Nightlife is nearby and the airport bus stop is only a couple of minutes walk away. The hostel itself is clean and exceeded my expectations for kitchen, lounge, shower and toilet facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful, although only around in the mornings and early evenings whilst cleaning etc. The beds in the shared dorm beds are private, have reading lights, sockets and a shelf. The lockers are a decent size with further storage lockers available in reception too.
The only negative is the social aspect of the hostel. Nothing is organised for the hostel specifically. So you very much have to rely on meeting other travellers in the communal areas. The communal areas are quiet and a little soulless. This said I did meet 3/4 other travellers during my stay to socialise with.
