Good parking, well connected with public transport within 5 minutes walk (Bus). There is a lot of areas where you can seat and chill as you have a drink. Rooms are clean and tidy. This hotel is between Alicante centre and the Airport.

Good location but isolated from anything else, there is no shops or another restaurants nearby. During peak times like early check-in could be queues and a little bit tricky to find a carpark spot, obviously is July and that makes it with August the busiest months of the year to visit Alicante.

We booked this hotel for proximity to the airport and the excellent value for the night€59 per night for 2 people. We wanted something clean and we were happy with the choice. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Room with bathroom was basic but clean and it had it all we needed for the night. Free Wi-Fi & parking. We didn't go for the breakfast option but for €9.50 extra is available. We had a couple of drinks at the bar in the evening which also it was lovely. My overall experience was very positive. Would I stay in this hotel for a week? Probably not but a night or two definitely I'll stay again.

The evening menu could have the option of having chips with the burger, not only wedges. We didn't oder any food because of that.

I only used this hotel for one night as my plane arrived in Alicante in the middle of the night and I left for Valencia early in the morning. I have to say that my impression is very limited. I think the location is very good, only 2 bus stops from the airport and right in front of the hotel is the bus stop to the airport and opposite - to the center of Alicante. The lady at the reception was very nice, she checked us in quickly. The room was simple and clean, the beds were comfortable, there was hot water and good WiFi.

Room was good, bed comfortable and bathroom was clean. C6 bus from airport stopped to let us off at bus stop across the road from the hotel.

Restaurant menu choice and quality could have been better. C6 bus doesn't stop to pick people up from bus stop across the road! (Perhaps the hotels here could see if this stop can be incorporated into the airport bus schedule?)

Check in and parking was easy. Room was typical ibis standard, basic but sufficient. Only 5 min from airport and 10 min from Alicante so easy access.

Evening menu was basic and expensive. Breakfast very minimal choice and not worth the price. Ended up going into Alicante town on my other evening and getting better choice, better tasting and cheaper at one of the plentiful beach side restaurants. The lift was old and clanked, didn't trust it so I used the stairs. No easy access to the sea. It's right there, but there is a railway line between you and the sea.

Room was conformable but basic. Parking was gated. There were tables and chairs outside where you could smoke..The breakfast was very good although there was no hot food.

The restaurant itself was OK but the dinner menu left a lot to be desired. While we were there the staff were attending to people checking in and not to those in the restaurant although one person seemed to be doing it all ie. Taking food orders, drink orders, serving food and drink, clearing tables etc.. they need to separate reception from restaurant.

The rooms are clean, the shower is good, the bus stop to the city center/airport is just in front of the hotel, the breakfast is good, a big plus for the plant-based milk and plant yogurt.

Even if there is a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, the maids still knock, enter the room themselves if you do not open the door, and insistently try to clean and change the towels. This is discouraging, especially when you expect to be able to rest and sleep in your room, but you are not allowed to do so.

The Ibis was a very pleasant stay. A little bit remote from the town of Alicante but easily accessible by the C6 bus which stops virtually outside the hotel and costs 3.95 euros. A little tip if you are over 65 a seniors ticket is only 95 cents. You just need to show your passport . All of the staff at the Ibis were very friendly and nice. Room's cleaned daily The breakfast was very tasty but the dining area can be busy but in our 3 day's there we never had a problem. The Seranno ham is delightful 😊 All in all a very pleasant experience. Thank you

This is not the fault of the staff but perhaps the management need to look into it. We noticed that the restaurant during the evenings was very understaffed. One evening the poor girl appeared to be totally alone in the dining and bar area taking orders cooking and also clearing tables and payments. She was really struggling but kept smiling and did her very best. She certainly earned her wages that night

A lovely quirky little hotel, the food was excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable. Toiletries provided. Staff excellent, when we arrived and before we had officially checked in, we needed to find a pharmacy urgently for medication, the staff called us a taxi and came out and spoke to the driver to tell him we needed to be taken to a particular pharmacy and that he should wait for us and then bring us back to the hotel, they went above and beyond, very grateful for their help. Highly recommend.

Couldn't find anything that we didn't like....

We’ve only stayed for a night but it’s all you need if you’re not spending much time in the room as we normally don’t. I would like them to provide small towels as well even if is a budget hotel, not sure if is a 2 star hotel but I’ve stayed in a 3 star hotel worse than this one so it’s a plus. Room not very big, would struggle to open 2 luggage cases but you can manage. Free parking on site which is great to have.

Would be good to have 2 sets for each of towels in the bathroom
