Excellent location, the contact throughout was great, so entry & any issues were instantly answered. A private reception before going through to the lift area was also an added bonus. Staff could not be more helpful.

Fantastic place to stay for a few days for couples or small families. Great view of Mount Benacantil (and Castle of Santa Bárbara) and surrounding rooftops/towers. Everything in the apartment felt freshly renovated, clean and in good working condition. Loads of restaurants and stores nearby; beach is just a short walking distance away (actually you can see the sea through the windows at a certain angle); and very close proximity to various public transportation hubs.

These are extremely minor nitpicks and didn't real affect our stay (and likely won't affect yours either): - The elevator had weird, chemical odor; - No hooks for jackets next to entrance (closet only in bedroom); - Sound insulation could be better; - Chairs on the terrace aren't the most ergonomical and could use footstools for lounging.

My stay at RS Boutique Apartments was absolutely wonderful! The apartment exceeded all expectations: stylish, modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect — everything is nearby, making it convenient both for exploring the city and relaxing by the sea. The service is top-notch — attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. They truly care about every detail to make guests feel at home. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely come back again!

The location of the apartments is perfect: a few steps to the promenade, a 5 minute walk to the beach, and right in the heart of the city with a great choice bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The apartments are newly refurbished, very generously sized, our bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was excellent too. The keycode entry made life much easier and our communication with Ali was efficient and helpful. A great place to stay in this lovely city.

There was nothing we didn't like. Perhaps some cushions, throws and art work would soften the newness of the apartment and make for an even more comfortable ambience?

This boutique aparthotel is exquisite. The bed is the comfiest I have slept in, the staff are so helpful and kind, the laundry facility and kitchen/apartment facilities are 5* and the design shows attention to detail you might expect from a much more expensive hotel. The location is superb (2 mins from the water, 5 mins from the beach walking, right in the city centre).

Our apartment was very cosy and nice. The location of the apartment house is great. Housekeeping came everyday and we always arrived back in a clean and organised room. Everybody was nice, very friendly and helpful. We can just recommend it to everybody.

The street can be a bit noisy at night because of the restaurant on the opposite side of the street.

An excellent location in the city centre,only a few yards from the esplanades. Modern property well furnished and decorated, having everything you need for a short stay. Staff very helpful.

The other side of being in the city centre is that there is busy traffic, and you can’t really open the windows .

Managed everything without the need to physically talk to anyone. Not for check-in and not even for check-out, this was amazing. Everything worked. Location is perfect and the apartment is even better. A lot of space and very comfortable. Huge bathroom.

The location was amazing, very central! Walking distance to everything. Nice view The whole property itself had a very clean smell. Such a clean and modern property. The door unlocking feature from the phone was also amazing. The general manager was very helpful & responsive. This made our trip perfect.

Apartment in good location for everything in Alicante. Appreciated being able to access our Apartment very early. We stayed in 103 which has everything you need but is compact. We saw room 101 so much bigger. Nice system they have for entry. Great communication from them throughout.
