Excellent location, the contact throughout was great, so entry & any issues were instantly answered. A private reception before going through to the lift area was also an added bonus. Staff could not be more helpful.

Everything! You couldn’t ask for a more perfect apartment to stay in for a trip to Alicante. Such a great location with lots of the best restaurants just around the corner. The building itself is immaculate and the staff couldn’t be nicer and more helpful. The apartment feels really new and clean and everything is such high quality. The bed is really comfortable too and the air con is just marvellous. The kitchen is fully equipped so it’s no problem cooking if you feel like it. It’s also a 5 min walk to the beach which is really great.

It can be a little noisy from the street below but that’s the trade off you make for being so central. A pair of ear plugs sorts that out!

RS Boutique Apartments are perfectly situated for access to the beach, local shops, attractions and public transport. The finish of the building and our apartment on the first floor was very clean and tasteful. The staff were welcoming and obviously work to maintain the highest standards of service. The apartment is provided with all necessary conveniences including tableware and cutlery, as well as a dishwasher and generously-sized fridge. This meant we could enjoy fresh food from the local market as well as sample the many restaurants nearby. The accommodation made a birthday getaway very pleasant indeed, and I would not hesitate to recommend these apartments for a visit to Alicante.

Very small touches such as more free water/coffee pods/sugar will be of benefit. There was no issue to receive these, however, if requested.

The property is beautifully decorated and fitted with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Its location is perfect, minutes from the beach, marina, bars restaurants and shops. It’s situated in the old town historical area which we gave hours exploring the beautiful buildings and of course the castle. The staff were friendly professional and helpful. Our stay was during the electrical black out and they kept us up to date and made us feel very safe I would highly recommend RS Boutique Apartments and we will definitely stay there again.

Fantastic place to stay for a few days for couples or small families. Great view of Mount Benacantil (and Castle of Santa Bárbara) and surrounding rooftops/towers. Everything in the apartment felt freshly renovated, clean and in good working condition. Loads of restaurants and stores nearby; beach is just a short walking distance away (actually you can see the sea through the windows at a certain angle); and very close proximity to various public transportation hubs.

These are extremely minor nitpicks and didn't real affect our stay (and likely won't affect yours either): - The elevator had weird, chemical odor; - No hooks for jackets next to entrance (closet only in bedroom); - Sound insulation could be better; - Chairs on the terrace aren't the most ergonomical and could use footstools for lounging.

What I love about staying at the RS Boutique Apartment in Alicante is the perfect blend of comfort, style, and location. The space is beautifully designed, thoughtfully equipped, and full of natural light. It feels like a serene retreat in the heart of the city—just steps away from the beach, great cafés, and vibrant local life. It’s my home away from home.

An excellent place! The staff was super helpful & responsive. We had an issue with the boiler during our stay & it was fixed immediately. The staff also left us a bottle of cava apologising for the inconvenience, which was very sweet. We were there during the hogueras parades & had the perfect viewing spot from our balcony as the parade walked right past. The beds are comfortable & the apartment was very clean.

Excellent location, quiet and very nice designed apartment with everything needed, comfortable bed , very nice shower. The apartment was very clean and we had new towels and cleaning every day. Very nice and helpful staff. We stayed for one week with our grandchild in an apartment for 4 people. We highly recommend RS Boutique Apartments. The only thing we missed was a rack near the entrance to put your shoes/ sandals on.

My stay at RS Boutique Apartments was absolutely wonderful! The apartment exceeded all expectations: stylish, modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The location of the apartments is perfect: a few steps to the promenade, a 5 minute walk to the beach, and right in the heart of the city with a great choice bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The apartments are newly refurbished, very generously sized, our bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was excellent too. The keycode entry made life much easier and our communication with Ali was efficient and helpful. A great place to stay in this lovely city.

There was nothing we didn't like. Perhaps some cushions, throws and art work would soften the newness of the apartment and make for an even more comfortable ambience?
