It was close to the airport and can check in at any time. Room was clean also.

We thought the hotel will be near the airport and we can walk to the hotel but it was not possible to walk. So we had to take taxi to the hotel.

Squeaky clean, comfortable bed, great shower. As a place to stay near the airport, it was perfect. Good coffee, too. Getting there from the airport ended up being easy. I missed the late R10 bus, so I used a 'pidetaxi.es' taxi. Contrary to ALL the muddled info on the Web, it did not cost 30 to 40 Euros but 11. The lovely staff organised me a taxi back to the airport so I could meet my daughter. Daniella waited for me to arrive in the evening, as I was late and Marta was so helpful in the morning. Great view of an open natural area from the window. As a Budget stay, it greatly exceeded expectations. Thank you Pensimar.

I needed a room following Airport travel delays causing me to need to stay over in Alicante. I booked very last minute and the team at Pensimar could not have been more helpful. Especially as I was arriving after a time when reception staff would be working to greet me. Communication via text message was fantastic. I was a little concerned as the my understanding of a Hostal (Hostel) in the UK was considerably different from the superior quality of this place. I would without question, stay here again and recommend it to other people. It is far enough away from the Airport to be not noisy but close enough to be really convenient.

A little out of the way down a back street, but perfect for what I needed it for.

Received a welcome text beforehand with details of how to enter using my phone. Easy to find, parked just up the road, the guy on reception was really friendly and immediately made us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble, extra pillows delivered to the room. We were really Impressed with the room - newly refurbished, great view, super clean new bathroom and a fridge. Bed was really comfy, air con worked well, quiet room as requested and couldn’t hear the planes at all. And there’s a lift! - couldn’t fault it. 12/10! We only stayed a night on the way to the airport but I’d definitely use it as a base for visiting the area for a few nights.

The hotel is wonderful. You can see that it was built as a hotel and everything is well thought out, from the elevator to the number of outlets and the location of windows. There are plenty of parking places near the hotel, the staff is friendly and professional. The room is very clean and quiet. We stayed in the hotel because of the proximity to the airport, but as it turned out, 5 minutes drive from the hotel there is a great promenade, beach and sea, and you can not hear airplanes at all. So the hotel is great for longer stays as well

Paco was so welcoming and helpful. Gave us clear instructions over the phone as to which bus to catch from the airport. Marta, though off duty, bumped into us on the bus and gave us directions. Paco made sure we knew exactly where to go for the bus the following morning and also recommended a place to eat. We wandered for a bit and settled on a very simple but equally welcoming tapas bar of which there were a few, just walking distance away. Breakfast was great and served in good time for us to catch the morning bus to Denia.

Nothing...can't fault it...would definitely stay again!

Quiet, clean room with Air conditioning and bathroom, very nice receptionists, especially every morning lady with a warm smile asked me if everything is ok

Could be some wardrobe instead of a shelf with hangers, not any small balcony. Bathroom was without any toilet brush, I do not know if this is standard however I did not ask for any, did not need.

Reception from 7 AM to 10 PM..fantastic..! The 2 receptionists were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were perfect , toilets modern and clean. Hostal ( mini hotel really ) only 10 mins from Airport ..€11 Taxi....People in the town were friendly, had some good coffee and later some dinner. Also a big bonus...if you are coming on the Bam bus from Cartagena there is a bus stop in AL Altet

Absolutely clean. This is one of the cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed. Even though its a budget friendly Hostel, it’s cleaner than most of the 5 star hotels I’ve been in. I was very impressed.

Very friendly staff especially the girl who was at the reception desk. She was extremely helpful. She helped me placing my order as I cant speak Spanish. She booked a taxi for me for the early hours. Extremely hospitable.

I am a solo traveller. Marta was so welcoming & helpful on arrival. The place was spotless. The room had everything I needed. It was very, very clean. The bed was the comfiest I have ever slept in. The next morning the staff were very helpful. I only stayed one night, I chose it on recommendation from friends, and it's location to the airport, which I caught a bus to from a nearby busstop for €1.35
