I arrived at the property earlier than expected, and the door was locked, so I rang reception. The customer service was excellent. Although my room wasn't ready due to my early arrival, the cleaning staff was very understanding of my situation. I had an event to attend soon and needed to check in as quickly as possible. The cleaning lady was exceptionally accommodating and managed to prepare my room impeccably within 20 minutes, for which I was very grateful. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the basics I needed for my stay. THANK YOU!

in general, everything was ok, I was afraid it can be to laud because it's 1st (ground) floor but overall it was calm enough

Excellent location close to the beach. Clean and well presented bedroom with a fridge and tea/ coffee making facilities. There is also a good sized shower room. Lana, the host is very friendly and attentive to our needs. We return to the 7A every year.

We never have any complaints about this accommodation.

I arrived early three hours before check in as I had in mind to ask whether it would be possible to leave my luggage to the storage while I wait for the check in. Instead - the receptionist was very kind to clean up the room and let me check in to the room way before the actual check in time. Very nice staff at the hostel. The hostel was very clean, it was great that there were also cooking facilities. The room itself was also very comfortable and it was quiet during the night. I'll definitely stay in this place again when I come to Torrevieja the next time.

Everything was great!

I had a private (double mostly, and a single briefly) room is this really excellent hostal. Lovely and very accommodating woman who ran the hostal went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. I ended up staying for two weeks. The place is quite new and modern and everything works well. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Everything was fine!

We had the most amazing stay here and would love to come back one day. It was clean and comfortable and the lady really made us feel at home and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. It was just a minute away from the beach so perfect location

Upon checkin there was a slight issue through booking.com whether i had to pay for my 4 year old as it was showing as free but the reservation had not included her as she was free but this was quickly resolved

Location, only 1 minute to the beach, cleanliness, comfort. Lady who runs the hostal is very pleasant.

It is clean. You have a fridge in the room for your beer. There is a microwave in the common area, many shops near by to get food and snacks and it is very close to the beach. You have AC and smart tv as well but I never used them.

Nothing not to like, perhaps a loud guest next to your room could be disturbing.
