We were extremely impressed. The hotel has just been refurbished so everything was spotless and "shiny" new. It's located in a breathtaking ancient building full of homey corridors, doors, and rooms. The mix of modern aesthetics of the decoration and the classic-romantic background setting creates a very special atmosphere. The romantic-style courtyard with its garden was out-of-this-world charming. Our room was spotless clean, big, well-lit and well-heated. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better, tastier and more plentiful, than at every single major hotel franchise we've stayed at for the last two or three years. We had a really unforgettable experience., Vic was astonishingly beautiful this time of year (autumn) and the hotel felt like home away from home.

Almost nothing. We only missed one more shelf or small closet in the bathroom. That's all!

Loved the hotel courtyard/gardens and is in a good location. We had a bright and spacious clean superior room. All the staff were really nice and helpful.

What was missing in the room was a kettle to make tea. There was only an expresso coffee maker. We also had no drawers or shelves to put clothes on or things in. There was also no mirror in the room for the ladies to get ready as was difficult in the bathroom. The rooms only need a few small changes. We would definitely go back & stay at this lovely hotel.

Beautiful grounds, exterior and interior. Aesthetically very pleasing and a historically interesting complex near beautiful old churches and Romanesque structures. Staff was exceptionally good.

Impossible to drive a car to the location due to narrow streets and restricted passageways. Breakfast service was adequate but did not compare to all the other locations we visited in Spain. No phone in room, small tv too far from bed, dangerously slippery tile extension to the shower floor.

It's the second or third time we stayed here. Everything was very good (as always) and the staff was very friendly and supportive. Located on the city center, very convenient.

Parking was a bit of a hiccup, but we already knew that. Last time we checked in they gave us an amazing room, and this one was a bit smaller (comparing with the last one), but it was comfortable either way.

Location was great and staff was kind and helpful. the building is beautiful and the courtyard is very refreshing.

the room was surprisingly bare and the paint needed a fresh coat - there were marks all over the walls that it almost looked dirty. ultimately, it didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel despite being advertised as so. aside from a fresh coat of paint the room itself could be improved with a few easy and inexpensive changes to give that 4 star feeling: robes & slippers for guests to provide a more luxury feeling, a full length mirror for both light and function and art on the walls. with an art school in Vic it would be so cool to see local artists/students work featured in the rooms!

The decor and ambiance of the hotel as well as the facilities. And the hot tub was excellent!

I found it very hard to communicate with the staff at times. They seemed very disinterested with us as guests, despite us staying there the day after our wedding.

Excellent room, very big and spacious. Amazing location and very central. The gardens and courtyard were lovely and a very nice feel.

Due to the renovations the noise on one morning was very early and woke us up with drilling and banging.

Les Clarisses is a wonderful restored Convent in the heart of Vic. What a nice experience in this small city. There is a large central square teaming with locals playing football, dining out and socializing. the restaurants were very friendly and accommodated our little Spanish language skills! The hotel itself is charming and a great place to stay.

The room was really big and spacious with an awesome view into the garden and city walls. It is the very center of the Vic, walking distance from every sightseeing place you would possibly like to see. The big parking is nearby also. The interiors are very atmospheric with nice old furniture. It was also surprisingly quiet and calm, perfect chance to relax.

Beautiful building - quiet and tasteful. Very nice staff and good food.

Some rooms had some snagging issues - the drawers in our wardrobe did not open as the wardrobe doors could not fully open.
