I thought the staff was very kind and welcoming. As a single woman traveling alone, I felt safe staying here. The woman at the front desk made me feel especially secure by letting me know that staff are available 24 hours and that I could call the lobby if anything went wrong. This reassurance gave me peace of mind and made my stay much more comfortable.

The only downside was that I was charged for my two emotional support animals (ESAs). Since ESAs are not considered pets under federal housing and travel guidelines, I was disappointed to receive an extra charge. This was frustrating, as my animals are essential for my well-being. The bed had a stain in it, and my sink had been slightly dirty.

Had a large room with a balcony & sliding screen door that worked properly, very pleasant to be able to enjoy my coffee there in the morning and listen to the wind blow through the pine trees. Bed was very comfortable. Good location. Refrigerator and microwave is nice to have in room and love having an ice machine on the property. Breakfast was good, they had hot food🥚🧇

Check-in time at 4pm. Would prefer earlier time. I could tell the towels were washed but they did not smell fresh & clean.

The property has very beautiful landscaping. Loved having my coffee on the balcony with the relaxing view. The bed was comfortable and clean as was the large bathroom. Nice fluffy towels.

The room has a different odor. It wasn’t horrible or clean and not overwhelming just apparent when we stayed. The ice machine was also empty. We traveled with our small dog and for a few days there was double charge for the pet and double the pet cleaning fee that is refundable if the pet does not cause damage. Eventually the second pet fee and both the cleaning fees were removed, again those charges stayed pending for a few days.

The room was big with a separate closet (surprised). Clean and comfy. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. We even had a balcony with chairs to sit during evening. Park like greenery and tall pines. Breakfast was good and staff exceptionally friendly and courteous

The only downside (not major problem), there were only stairs to get to second floor. Might be a little inconvenient for older patrons

Unfortunately we did not get to go down to get any breakfast and everything about the team there the front desk clerk she was amazing she got us in that night that we got in an accident and every place other than there was booked they were booked you were booked also but she made a call and whoever she called said yes I guess it was a reserved room but they let us have it anyway and we were so thankful I'm still thankful that we got to stay there and everything about it was greatly appreciated.

It would have been better only if I was able to get around I had injured my ankle and my husband injured his knees in the accident we just wish that we were able to get out more and do things but there was nothing absolutely nothing wrong with the service everything was great even the the snow on the ground was just beautiful it was so awesome being there we'd like to go back actually just to stay and do things that we weren't able to do on that trip.

Beautiful dog-friendly courtyard area with plenty of soft grass and tall pines. We were very pleased they serve breakfast, and the facility was nice with comfortable booths, although the eggs were quite strange. Rooms were perfectly dark, and the bed very comfortable, with a nice cozy comforter and pillows. Very nice lady at the check-in office, she was very welcoming.

Carpet was quite filthy and definitely overdue for a steam cleaning. Sliding glass door could use some maintenance to get it rolling better.

It was clean, quiet, the bed was comfortable, the water was hot, only $20/night for my dogs and the patio off the back of my room leading to a large grassy area for walking my dogs was the icing on the cake. They also had poop bags and a bucket for cleaning up after my pooches. The location was fantastic... Food and gas were all within walking distance! The woman who checked me was very pleasant and welcoming! I travel with my dogs a lot and this place was perfect.

The bathroom was a bit small but nothing to complain about.

We traveled to Payson for a concert and the hotel location was within a close proximity of the venue/casino. Everything was good, however; one of the towels that we received was dirty and had a beige stain on it and the room walls were very thin to the point that we could hear the next room guests arguing. The continental breakfast exceeded our expectations as there was more than just juice and muffins so that was a delight. We enjoyed the eggs, sausage, and waffles that were available so A+ to that. The staff was friendly and allowed us to check in a bit earlier than the usual time.

One of our towels were stained and the walls were too thin but it’s an older hotel so I guess it’s expected.

Bed was comfortable (mattressandpillow), the room was spacious with a dining table and a patio, bathroom was clean and had enough towels. Well maintained facility. Location was great, pretty central and close to everything. Priced well.

Breakfast was included and had a lot of variety but I wish the quality of food was better. Eggs tasted strange. However this didn't take away my experience, still 9 out of 10. There are great breakfast places around.

The room was large and roomy, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was great, and they moved us to a new room due to dogs barking next door. The table and chairs were good size and comfortable. The desk clerk suggested restaurants for dinner.

The TV did not work, and one of the lamps didn't work. There was only one small trash can.
