My online reservation was honored. The manager maintained close control over the lobby, which had a single entrance. The room was neat, and the bed and blankets were clean. At night, the place was quiet for a good sleep. The AC and fan worked very well. The hospitality counter was ready in the morning. By morning, the parking lot was full, showing how popular this Rodeway Inn in Winslow, AZ, is.

But the place showed many signs of age and minimal maintenance. For example, the hallway acoustical ceiling tiles are warped, yellowed, and barely set into their frames in some spots. The bathtub in my room had a layer of dirt that has overwhelmed the cleaning staff to remove. When I first entered, an unpleasant smell emanated from the carpet. That impression quickly changed when I turned on the room's AC.

I was surprised the bed was quite comfy. Firm. The pillows were great. I normally bring mine and I didn't have to problem with them. The price of the room was fantastic. They allowed my dogs to stay. I read reviews after purchasing the room, and we didn't have any of the problems the others had a couple nights before we stayed.

I would say they could add fruit to their breakfast and protein options. I was not able to eat their breakfast because everything was high in carbs and sugar. Also their website said $10 per dog, but checking in, it was $15. Update your website please. They said all rooms had HBO, but no channels came in, but infomercial channels. The ac worked but smelled like @ss! I cleaned the filters but ended up having to put essential oils in the room to fix that smell. The lighting in the room was a lil janky..but it served it's purpose

I have been on a long train trip train was late I couldn't expect him to stay the motel that night I was hungry the manager went back and got me some of his own supplies for food I believe make sure I had a full stomach before I laid it down.

I did not like the deposit after I had booked the room I didn't have the money on my card had to call someone I'm wake him up and had to send me money for the deposit

The location, room and staff met all my expectations. The building is older, but maintained well enough, and the room was clean and comfortable. Fresh waffles for breakfast was a plus.

Other residents could be loud at times, and the room I occupied allowed sound from outside and from adjacent rooms to enter easily.

The bed was comfortable. The pillows were soft. The shower was hot and the pressure was great.They had a thin notebook with information on area attractions and the lyrics to a song. You know the one.

The TV channel selection was very limited. They didn't have those "Do Not Disturb" signs to hang on the door, so housekeeping came to my room before checkout to see if I was leaving. It's a small thing, but I prefer not to be disturbed when getting dressed in the AM.

The Breakfast 🥞 taste awesome good value with toast, ☕, orange 🥤, 🧁, 🥣. Room big size with everything you need. The staff is always ready to help and very convenient !!

Some clients are not respectful, do not hold the door of their room. Then they let it slam that makes a lot of noise. * I would have fixed all the doors. So that they would retain more of their motion and they can be noiseless.

We couldn't get the TV to work. The lady at the front desk did her best to take care of the situation. I was tired after driving 13 hours and I acted like a big jerk. The lady was very patient thru all of this. I did apologize for acting so bad. These people really do care about taking care of you even if you act like an ass which I did.

I do think they should post instructions on how to operate the TV. The lady that came and fixed it told us they have quite a few people have TV issues.

Bed was very comfortable. Mini fridge kept things cold. TV was crisp and clear in both audio and video, and was great for playing my Nintendo Switch on. The A/C unit worked great and kept my room cool throughout my stay.

The only things I would have added in my room are an armchair to fill the otherwise empty corner, and the shower could stand to have a bath mat in it to prevent slipping so easily while taking a shower.

Breakfast was a bonus ... Customer service was very inviting ... I'm very satisfied with the cleanliness and their safety of entering the building as well as friendly ness and just overall I highly recommend their price is affordable.

Their is nothing I did not like during my stay. It's no complaints. Not unsatisfied at all.

I Visit Winslow Every other Weekend & I always Stay At the Rodeway way Inn! The Staff There is Incredibly Nice & Helpful, The rooms Are Always Clean & Overall its a very peaceful hotel! I absolutely enjoy every stay here!
