Excellent modern hotel with very friendly front desk staff. The pool was great, with an exceptional closing time of 10:00 pm.

Although located in downtown, the surrounding area didn’t feel very safe, with the hotel surrounded by empty parking lots at night, not to mention the current issue in many large US cities of numerous homeless people on the streets, which greatly detracts from the experience. Public transportation in LA is quite limited for a city of this size. While there are bus stops nearby, the closest metro stations are about a 10–15 minute walk away, and given the street environment mentioned above, each trip feels rather unpleasant. The breakfast variety was also quite poor, with barely any fruit and no hot chocolate for the kids.

Room was big. Nice to have a sitting area and a kitchen. Hotel was clean and location was close to restaurants. Hotel staff was friendly.

It would have been nice if the staff at the bar told us that the Welcome cocktail is not part of their cocktail menu so instead of using our $30 credit for food, we ended up using this for the drinks.

Wonderful facilities beginning from the reception to the very comfortable room offering magnificent views over the Hollywood hills. Spacious room and nice kitchenette. Wonderful cleaning service who reacted immediately to our request and respected privacy when asked for. Marvelous swimming pool and gym to keep oneself fit. Great localization (near crypto.com arena) and buses nearby, metro station not that far.

Maybe a little improvement could be done over the water leaking on to the floor from the shower ?

The size of the room was excellent. It was such a nice bonus to have an almost full kitchen (minus a true oven, but there was a stove stop). The living room area gave us room to spread out. The free breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly. We arrived earlier than expected and when I went to ask if they could hold our bags, they actually let us check in early. Location was perfect if you are attending something at the convention center or Crypto. It was mabe 10 minutes from my room on the 12th floor to the entrance of the West Hall Convention Center. That includes waiting on the elevator and waiting for traffic lights.

The price over night for parking my car. On top of the set price I had to pay parking fee. And we had to wait a lot to get my car. I really think you need a better system on that. We were really looking forward to use the pool, but it was super cold. That was really disappointed since you advertise that is heat it.

Everything was perfect. Recently renovated so everything still looks good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Stayed for 5 nights and we enjoyed every bit of it. It is close enough to the metro station where you can get on a train that takes you to Universal Studios, Santa Monica, Disneyland etc. I liked the $30 destination fee benefit. It helped us save on some meals. The benefit also covers free beer or wine for two. Hope they can maintain the standard. I will definitely stay there again.

The central location in LA Live was great. The room was very clean and spacious enough for our family of 5. We enjoyed the wide selection for breakfast. You pay a daily ‘resort fee’ but with it you have money to spend at the cafe on site and 2 free tickets to the Grammy Museum across the street. We appreciated those perks.

As always, parking is a challenge. There is a nearby lot offering $20/night parking.

We absolutely loved how close this hotel was next to Crypto.com Arena and LA Live. Just a quick walk across the street and you there. Rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchenette came with everything you would need. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I have been to, and we enjoyed how spacious the dining space was.

The options for the $30 "credit" you get (you use it or lose it) were not that great. We just bought drinks with ours.

Staff was pleasant and the property while someone nicer still allowed for the kids to be kids as we were there for a volleyball tournament

While we checked in after 4 and it ran smoothly once we were in the room and settled we realized there were not enough towel, no hand soap etc. we asked about breakfast and were told 7 when they actually opened early for volleyball kids and we didn’t know until we happened upon it

The staff and luggage storage was very amazing

What I didn’t like was the valet people were rude and like it was a bother all the time to get your vehicle out like it felt like I ruined there whole entire day hopefully the hotel can fix that issue
