Basic Hilton filial. Service nothing special but room was clean and the premises were neat. Clean & safe is top priority and that was achieved. Ok breakfast with e.g. toast, pancakes, porridge, fruit and coffee.

Price was a bit high for such a basic hotel. Wasn't sure if we had made a mistake when booking the hotel the previous day when trying to locate clean hotel to spend a night after long drive. Receptionist looked tired and had a stained long sleeve Hilton t-shirt. But all in all a decent stay.

Personnel were delightful and very helpful! Room very clean and plenty of towels. We checked in around 3 after driving and in and spending the day in the Congaree park. It was nice to relax and enjoy hanging out in the lounge playing cards after our busy day and an early dinner in town.

Both of us (we were two couples with two rooms) felt the air conditioning was not working hard enough to keep us comfortable during the night. There was some pounding noise late at night .

Breakfast had a good choice of products available. We were happy with that. I appreciated the bananas

I prefer muffins to bagels, so I can grab & go. I am sorry there wasn't a coffee machine where you could make your own cappuccino etc. They have them all over Europe & even at the Mayo Clinic cafes. I found the TV channels hard enough to find. I just wanted some local news & weather but ended up with CNN :(

The breakfast & location was good.

The third party billing. I was unable to book with Hilton directly for my points since I am a reward member. Every time I try to book it send me to a 3rd party & I am unable to receive my rewards points. Not happy with this and this is the 2nd time this year this has happened. If Hilton doesn’t allow me to earn my rewards because of my third party I will not be staying with Hilton in the future.

Lots of parking for this facility. The front staff were exceptional! They were so friendly and eager to answer any questions and provide any service needed, i.e. extra pillows, help with logging into internet. We have stayed here 3 times now and if you're anywhere near this area when you are traveling we HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel.

The modern room with electric shades, nice bed and pillows.

Eggs and sausage at breakfast were cold. We were given a handicap room. We did not like all of the special equipment in bathroom. We absolutely did not request handicap room. Guess because we are older the clerk at check-in gave it to us.

Everything was clean crisp and efficient. The property was kept in great shape. Everything looked new. We loved the shower and the pull down shade. There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The price has gone up significantly since the last time we stayed, but willing to pay for the comfort of a nice clean room.

Breakfast was great, and plentiful. the line was kept clean and filled.

There was an employee only room at the end of the hall next to my room. There was what sounded like 4 people talking loud up until about 1pm in the morning. I wasn't a big fan of the mattress also.

Very close to interstate and many dining options. It was clean and breakfast was good.

First time we have ever stayed at Tru. The receptionist explained to us when we arrived that Tru was designed for the younger crowd and it TRUly is. Too stripped down in the niceties of other motels I have stayed in which makes the room much smaller. My husband kept bumping the bed frame edges each time he moved around the room. Overpriced for the accommodations.

The breakfast was good & hot every morning.The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Excellent customer service!

Nothing at this time. This is our second time staying at this location & would highly recommend it.
