Great pool and restaurant area

Not well received upon check in. Not very welcoming and no information given about hotel. I had to discover what was available at the property bit by bit - often too late to take advantage of offerings

Excellent location and reasonably priced, near a small supermarket, restaurants and the beach area. We were able to check in early after arriving from Honolulu airport. Having travelled from Australia this was much appreciated.

- Fresh and new room; - Cool body cosmetic; - Cozy balcony; - Amazing pool and hot tube; - Tasty food in Redsfish restaurant; - Free beach towels; - Coffee spot (but milk is $5 per glass); - Valet parking - Yoga - Cleaning

- Staff is indifferent, some are not friendly. - Small room (2 Queen Beds). - The waiter in Redfish is very weird and rude (morning shift).

The food was absolutely amazing, some of the best food we ate in Waikiki was at Wayfinder. The beds are also ridiculously comfortable. All the staff are incredibly welcoming and provide a personal experience by remembering who you are and what your preferences are. The hotel is very clean and calm at all points of the day

It is also quite loud in the mornings for about half an hour at around 7.30 - 8am, as the bins in the surrounding areas are being emptied.

Really enjoyed this hotel! It suited my needs as a solo traveller perfectly. The hotel does hip design really well. The room is so cute with a lot of nice touches, and I could partially see the canal from my room. I felt it was good value for Waikiki (where everything is over-priced, especially the exorbitant resort fees!!). It's a short walk to the main street of Waikiki (which is really loud, so I prefer not to stay on it). I loved the pool area! It felt cozy with all the plants, everyone was quiet and relaxed there. Also there was shade (yay). Music by the pool some nights was relaxing and fun. I also appreciated the free entry to the Bishop Museum (which is great if you enjoy history, culture) I felt like this hotel offered guests a lot of extra nice touches, experiences, good design and consideration which I appreciated, especially in Waikiki

The main street can still be a little loud depending on your room. But that's Waikiki and nothing ear plugs couldn't solve.

Really impressed with the atmosphere of the hotel. Great services and excellent staff. Also even though the property was not right on the beach, i thought the location was amazing. The pool area was excellent. Just great value for money.

Found it a bit mean that there wasn’t a coffee maker or at least a kettle in the room.

Nice hotel with lots of charm and friendly staff. Parking at hotel is expensive. Room was a bit small for 2 people staying for a few days. Not much hanging space or storage so we kept our stuff mostly in our suitcases.

I loved the beautiful pool the most of everything. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had the most comfortable bed. The cocktails I had were delicious. The view over the canal was amazing. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was amazing. Just metres away from all of the hustle and bustle of Waikiki.

The front desk staff were not always very friendly. I got told off for having "outside food" (a snack) by the pool. But where was it explained that that wasn't allowed? especially since I bought a very expensive cocktail at the same time. I would've also appreciated coffee, tea, and hot water facilities in the room. Honestly, there was a strong feeling that these things weren't provided in order to make you spend more money at the cafe/bar/restaurant on site. The security deposit was very expensive and quite unexpected. It would be nice to re think the layout of the poolside furniture. There were often not enough loungers while there were many empty tables and chairs. Air conditioner in room very noisy and inconsistent temperature.

we booked 5 months ago and the reviews almost decided us to cancel because they were not so positive… these people need to shut up, everything was great! the location was awesome, the lobby was awesome, the crew was suuuuper polite and super helpfull, the pool was great, it even had free towels and free ice tea. we cant imagine a better hotel for the price we payed. i can’t believe we almost cancelled because of what some people say’d about this hotel. great, great great!! our room was cleaned everyday with new towels if we wanted, soap, conditioner, shampoo and lotion included. the restaurant and the bar is awesome too. we stay here next time, thats without a doubt!
