I really liked the staff, they were helpful and smiling. The hotel has been renovated and looks like new, there is a good restaurant downstairs. great location, about 10 minutes walk to the beach and a minute to all the shops and restaurants you might need

having paid for a room with a balcony we got something different from what was in the photo, the balcony was behind a closed door in the toilet, why depict a different room in the photo where there is a balcony in the room, for this I reduce the rating for the stay. The room was never cleaned for 5 days (but we were warned about this at the reception when checking in) and they did not bring new towels although we asked for it on the very first day. Oh, and parking is $50, they could have made a more reasonable price for guests

Intimate size didn’t feel like a number, comfortable beds and lovely pillows, lovely decor downstairs, very pleasant staff

Poor noise proofing, sliding doors in room didn’t completely seal when closed, noise transfer from other rooms and outside/on the street below significant. Housekeeping very poor, it wasn’t until day 4 that our rooms were serviced and they came at 8.20am and seemed surprised we were still in bed! Fish and prawns at dinner were overcooked and almost inedible

Super close to everything, big spacious rooms, hotel staff were super accommodating/friendly/helpful, valet parking was phenomenal

The only comment I have is how the shower doors are set up in the bathroom. I dont know who was in charge of designing a half glass shower door because every time we would shower, water would inevitably fall to the outer floor. This would make the ground wet where the toilet was and we would have to waste towels trying to soak up all the excess shower water. Poor design choice.

The stuff was super friendly, the rooms were big and clean, the hotel itself is very close to the beach, markets, and city center. It also has a pool with a bar for adults only. Very fun. Recommended

Location is great, right across from International Market Place. Short walk to the beach (it is not right on the beach). Room is ok but I suggest you get the room facing the swimming pool side, as we faced the street and every morning at 7 am we got waken up by the trucks beeping on the street! We chose the breakfast included rate. Overall we find Waikiki hotels fairly expensive and this place is competitively priced. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The breakfast has limited choice. Also the housekeeping service is "every other day". We did not know this at check in. Parking is valet only USD 55/day. We did check around and it is competitive. Did not have to wait much at all. We did not like the swimming pool as too narrow and you cannot really swim in it, because most of the guests sit on the edge and the water is too warm.

Excellent location, with an easy access by bus to HNL airport and other Honolulu landmarks. Waikiki beach is just a few minutes' walk away. There are also many bars and stores around.

No utensils in the room, such as a spoon, a fork or a bottle opener. It's also the first time in my life that a hotel charged me extra for wi-fi.

The hotel was in a central location in Waikiki. We purchased the breakfast option, and the choices were wonderful. Peter the waiter was awesome. When we had excursions, we were able to get some breakfast items to go. The hotel also offered bikes, which allowed us to cruise around Waikiki. Another perk was that we were able to rent beach equipment, umbrellas, boogie boards, and chairs at no additional cost at a location on the beach. That was a surprise.. Filtered water was available to fill to-go cups.

My only wish would have been coffee in the lobby, although Starbucks around the corner opens at 4 am. Yay.

From the moment we got there we had the best experience. We arrived around 8am and our room was already ready for us which was amazing after a long haul flight. Any request made was responded to with a smile. The upgrade to facilities, the rooms and beds was great. We loved the Hallmark channel - watched christmas movies.

The pool temperature was very cold but that is so minimal, it was great that it was there as I travelled with my mum who needed to do her hydrotherapy exercises. A step to help her in would have been great but it was really no issue.

We had a bed bug issue which was handled quickly . The staff could not have been more helpful. Because of the in hotel flood there were fans etc on the floor where we had a person in a wheelchair and it was very hard to get to their room. You moved them to a better room where they could get back and forth to the elevator., Thanks for all your help. Unfortunately there was another couple with our group that the spouse was in a wheelchair also and they had to move to another hotel because of the bugs and things in the hallway but they assumed they would not get money back. Is it too late for them to follow thru with a request? They also booked with Booking.com.

You could use some brighter lights in the hotel lobby and area on the first floor. Also, the music coming from the lounge was so loud we could hear each other when talkiing to front desk and sitting in the lobby. Maybe it could be turned down a little?

Overall, the location was perfect. We were walking distance to anywhere we needed to be and it felt like we were in the heart of Honolulu. Very close to highly recommended places to eat, the beach and pickup/drop off points for tours. The room was all we needed as we did not plan on spending much time at our accommodation so we didn't mind that we didn't get a view of the ocean. Staff were friendly and the amenities were great! We also had breakfast/coffee included which was fantastic. The breakfast inclusion was off the menu, rather than a buffet style which we enjoyed a lot!

The only thing we didn't like is that we did not get our room cleaned everyday. Normally not problematic but as the showers do not have doors, the water saturates the bathmat, thus it does need replacing daily.
