The owner stocked the apartment with everything for a family day at the beach. The location was within walking distance from Waikiki. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable.

The pull-out couch was not comfortable. The noise from the street and neighboring buildings was quite loud. The entry process was clearly explained but far more steps than I would have expected.

Location , cleanness

Shower handle was loose , like it felt it would come off at any time , with shower handle very loose the water came out very hot very dangerous Getting to use the cable box was very confusing even with the instruction booklet available

The host is very thoughtful and fantastic. Very thoroughly and clear instructions to access the place and aditional info around the vicinity. The place is walking distance to restaurants and stores (right across from McDonald's). Prefect location. The apartment is cleaned and organized. It has extra towels, beach towels and a lot of extras. Definitely will stay here again and will recommend to family and friends.

The location is very convenient, is a short walk to Waikiki Beach and the shopping belt. The bus-stop is just in front of the apartment for transportation to Ala Moana Center.

The pests.

This was an awesome place to stay. This room was managed by Glorien not the the resort itself. I have rented plenty of hotel rooms/apartment units/vacations homes and out of all of them this unit was stocked with so much more than expected. There was extra towels, toilet paper, trash bags, coffee, creamer, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, body lotion, beach supplies, dish soap and if this wasn't enough there was also free parking which a huge perk for this area (there is no free parking anywhere) as well as no extra fee's. This unit was close to everything, 9 minute walk to the beach, McDonalds right across the street and gelato, the street to the right of these also have other food establishments. There was Hawaiian dishes, Japanese, Korean, Italian....there is literally something for everyone within a 5 minute walk from this unit. Glorien even checked in periodically to make sure that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. If I ever find myself back in Hawaii I will most definitely rent this unit again.

I would of liked to have access to a broom, dust pan and a mop. The unit did have a vacuum though which did a decent job.

Near to the beach and mall. Facilities within the apartment is adequate.

Just the traffic outside. Can be noisy at times.

The building is in a very convenient location as long as you do not want to be directly on the beach. You can walk everywhere and the bus stop is right in front of the building. Access to the freeways was easy and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The condo was very well equipped and we were able to have our morning meal daily.

There was a loud noise from time to time above the unit. We didn't know if they were working up there or if it was the sliding door slamming. The pool was closed which was a little disappointing.

It was in a great location. Close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Biggest bonus was no charge for parking.

The property had roaches. There was a problem with the elevators one day and we had to go down 20 flights of stairs. Also there was a power outage on the property, not for long, but it was hot and humid.
