It is located on the 20th floor. Great views. Cutains help for daytime naps 😴. Noise at night from the live music is not too bad. Amazing food court right next to building. Please check out Betty's Burgers it's the best bang for your buck in Waikiki. The room was comfortable and cozy. Great price for location. Everything within walking distance. I would recommend renting a car for a day or two to get around the island. If you plan to snorkel, get to the location early before the sand gets kicked up. Bring your own toiletries. They have towels and an iron to use in your room.

Convenient location in Waikiki, perfect size for 1-2 travelers and I loved that it was keyfob entrance at night so that only residents could access the building!

Central location, easy access to beach, cafe & restaurants.

1st night we were there disco or band played until 3am.

Very convenient location. Walking distance to all the food and shops.

Elevator Hall way carpet and paint very dated. No beach chairs or umbrellas available.

Great location. Umbrella was provided.

Air conditioner is ancient. Not very clean. Problems with the paid parking - the lot was taken by another car, price was $25/day but we were charged $35, not refunded although promised.

The location is amazing. so close to Waikiki Beach.

The fan didn't work at all and the lighting was so dim that it was hard to see in the room. The only table to use was rickety and not stable to eat or type etc. The old air conditioning box didn't cool down the room much at all.

Good location

Had a first incident arriving as a fire alarm went on and had to come back out while we was trying settle in, did not have enough toilet paper for the stay I had to buy some . the AC did not work perfectly and tried to go use the pool. The pool was closed under maintenance.
