24-hour security was nice. The location is excellent in a very centralized part of Waikiki. The included parking is a godsend. Staff were friendly and the room was very comfortable and fully stocked. The two air conditioning units worked well. Quarters were available for exchange for laundry and it was a large laundry room with a laundry basket even provided in-room.

It was a bit confusing how to check-in since Booking.com did not mention that you go to the Vacations International office. It can be slightly cumbersome taking two separate elevators (one for parking garage, one for room), but having parking is worth it I suppose. The shower head was not able to have water on its own without the side accessory also being activated. The button on the kitchen sink in our room to turn it into a spray was cracked. Where you close the lid in the dishwasher after putting detergent also could not be properly closed. Soaps and lots of towels provided, just no shampoo. Water pressure in the restroom was a little weak.

This property is in the heart of Waikiki and was perfect for my vacation. Usually there is some concern regarding insects on the island, but I didn’t come across any within the building nor the room during my stay! Staff was very helpful whenever I had questions, and there’s even on site laundry and recreational floor with a gym, pool, and pool table(s). AC units were available in the room along with a kitchen area (stove top, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer) and cooking/eating utensils. Paradise cove luau pick up was also just a few minutes walk down the block. I highly recommend this property. On the balcony, there’s a beautiful view of the Ala Wai canal and a perfect sitting area to relax with some coffee in the morning. On-site parking was also very convenient for us to not have to worry about daily parking fees. Parking garage was secure and requires a badge to go in.

The room was clean, serviceable and exactly as described. Perfect apartment to use as a base to explore the island!

More complimentary condiments would have been nice - what's offered is barely enough for one day (creamer, sugar, coffee ETC)

Very clean and comfortable

We got in after hours - the security guard seemed a little annoyed that we had no "instructions". I didn't realize this was not a Hotel with front desk staff. We also were not provided a fob to get in to our room or parking so security guard had to let us in. However, once we were in, it was lovely. FYI - no shampoo provided.

Centrally located and we could walk around Waikiki: beach, shops, restaurants, shopping. Most of the tour companies picked up near our hotel. Free enclosed parking! It had a full kitchen so we could cook if we wanted to, instead of going out. Extremely convenient.

The spare sheet for the fold out couch smelled like sweat!

I was relieved when I found that parking is included. It is just down the street from the beach and so parking is a premium. The guys who checked us in were great and even got us into our rooms as soon as they were ready. The room was comfortable and had almost everything we needed. We were impressed with the art and thought that we would put those pieces on our walls at home. I did not use the pool but it was nice to have it.

There was no soap in the shower or bathroom and so we had to buy some. The kitchen did not have any extra items to help with cooking which was not terrible since we ended up eating out while in Waikiki. Views are nothing special

The location is great, very close to all amenities and the beach. The apartment was functional.

The aircon was old and noisy. The place was outdated. On our last day, we found dead cochroaches in the living room and in the hallway outside the apartment.

Location is great! One of the few spots downtown that has a parking garage that is included in the price. It is super secure and nice!

Perfect for family of 4. Room has kitchen, living room and a room with a door for privacy. I love that the hotel has a parking. Awesome. Close to everything on Kuhio Avenue. Beach is just minutes away.

We were going to shop after we checked out and leave our car rental in the building but we couldn't go down the escalator since we already turned in our key fob to the elevator to go down. That was very inconvenient for us but it's alright. We went to shop at Ala Moana instead.
