Well placed in Southern Iowa for our travels , easy to locate and central enough . The rooms were spotless everywhere was kept to a high standard , the room had various comfort amenities , micro fridge etc , comfortable beds and good bathroom , deceptively larger property , there is a pool and hot tub of no interest to me but they are there .ice machines and above all very friendly and welcoming reception I would like to thank the gentleman on reception I believe his name was CY forgive the incorrect spelling ? but he was a star I need to use the computer and printer which was being difficult and he kept at it until it worked , many thanks .

Breakfast was good however, they were out of orange juice for 3 days of our stay. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

Newly remodeled room had no towel racks or even hooks. The policy was to only have maid service upon request and towels were only changed by request. However, with no towel racks or hooks. . . where were we to put wet towels to dry for next day use.

The breakfast was pretty good lots of options, the pool and hot tub were nice. We liked that the hot tub was away from the pool so it was quieter. The rooms were newly updated and we were put in a room right near the pool which the kids loved!

The beds/bedding was not very comfortable but wasn't terrible either. The parking lot surrounding needs some work but overall was a nice stay for the price

Rooms are small, but to be expected at this price point. Rooms are slightly dated and show wear and tear.

Clean remodeled room. Entire property is currently going through a remodel. This room was great for people traveling with pets. Laminate flooring and ample space for them to move around in. Nice little grass area for dogs to potty near entry door. Town also has a nice dog park by the river 3 miles away.

Need more pool towels. There were none but during our swim the guy brought two clean ones. And collected the dirty ones. There weren’t a lot of people swimming.

We came in at dusk and found the lobby in fairly good condition. When we got to our room we were very surprised, the room had been completely remodeled and was great. Wonderful condition.

Breakfast was good. The location was good. Very friendly and accommodating.

It was nice for the money. The parking lot needs to be cleaned up. I know they are remodeling, but they need to get rid of alot of stuff

All the stuff was helpful and nice Everything was super clean hot tub works nice rooms are amazing they did amazing job on remodeling nice size TV comfy chair that you can charge your phones or laptop 💻 😀

Staff was nice, rooms has been updated. Lots of grass, great if your traveling for a dog show.

Shower could use more water pressure.
